We rent our studio (30 m2) + terrace (8 m2), located on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator, authentic old building) in a small pedestrian street of Le Panier in Marseille. Village atmosphere, 3-minute walk to the Old Port, Mucem, Major Cathedral, and 5 minutes to the Vieille Charité Museum. Very pleasant, bright, quiet, comfortable, well-equipped, functional studio. Place de Lenche, with its small restaurants and excellent ice cream shop is less than 1 min away.

It is about 37 m2 and is configured as a duplex: downstairs are the main room, small kitchen, shower room and separate toilet. There is a small balcony and a nice view! Upstairs: the large bedroom with storage for your clothes and a double bed (160 x 200). And a desk area for remote work. There is enough to have a good night's sleep: SLEEP PEACEFULLY in comfortable bedding.

great experience. Sylviane and her son were great hosts, flexible and very friendly. The accommodation is in a great location, in the heart of the Panier. The apartment is well insulated from street noise. Functional and true to photos.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment in Marseille! The location is excellent - very central but far enough away from the noise and chaos of the Old Port. Boris was always helpful and responsive. Would recommend :)

My friends and I had a great time in Nicolas' apartment: newly renovated, bright, clean and located in the heart of a semi-pedestrian area. The apartment is well equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, etc. Only notes: a little noisy at night and there is no door that separates the bedroom from the bathroom, so ideal for very close couples :)
