Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Le Palais

Very nice accommodation that totally matches the listing. Very comfortable family home, quietly located in a lovely garden. Sea, city center and many walks within walking distance. Park your car and you're done! Well exposed terraces and easy parking. Beautiful decoration and beautiful spaces to spend good times with family or friends, go there without a second thought, we highly recommend it! There were 5 adults, 3 children and 2 babies. NB: no TV, but it's well notified in the listing ;-)

Really nice house with all the comforts you need. A very small downside for the beds, which deserve a width greater than 140 cm, in any case for the parents' bedroom.

Lovely cozy house with a functional stove which was very nice. Easy communication with Doran and flexible check-in. To be improved: lack of basic utensils (no towel, sponge, dishwashing liquid, bath mat, oil background...). We recommend!

We had a great time at this place. The layout of this one is optimized and spacious for living rooms and bedrooms. The kitchen area open to the living room is very nice for spending pleasant moments when preparing meals. The living room is perfect for family game nights. The welcome and small touches of all kinds made us very happy. The accommodation is clean. Bright rooms and comfortable bedding. We are in a quiet area a short walk to Quiberon Bay and 5 minutes to all shops. We highly recommend this listing. Thanks again to Julia for everything.

The house is great. A short walk or cycle to the best beaches, but in a quiet safe area. The house is simple, but great for a family trip. Having the bikes to use was a huge bonus. We would highly recommend.

Sandra's home is perfect for discovering Belle-ile. The house is very well located and quiet. It is very well equipped. Sandra is very available. We recommend it 100%!

Very nice apartment with a large living room overlooking the terrace. The apartment is cozy and well arranged. The beautiful view gives it even more character! Very comfortable rooms and bedding. Ideal place for discovering the Ria d'Etel and surrounding area. Spacious, bright, comfortable and well-equipped accommodation. Excellent hosting by Florian who takes great care of his guests, without being intrusive. Lots of attention from him to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We will share this good property with people around us who would like to travel to the area.

The accommodation is ideally located and very well-equipped. We had a pleasant stay! Small downside the noise in the evening of the bars(high season) that we hear despite the insulation. But otherwise great

We had a lovely stay at Anne and Denis's. The accommodation was very nice, very comfortable and clean with all the necessities inside. Very well decorated. We were well received, with small touches like a bottle of cider and Breton cakes which was very appreciated. The accommodation is well located for beautiful walks. However, be careful as we told you to be clearer in your listing about the cleaning fee that we have to pay in person. It is indeed stated at the end in your house rules but not at all highlighted in your description, which is why we did not see it. We were taken aback and disappointed to learn after payment by message. We also found them high (€70) compared to the size of the apartment.

Excellent stay in this beautiful house, quiet, close to shops and beaches and coastal trails. The house is very nice, bright, a cozy little garden and a perfectly exposed terrace for lunch. We didn't meet Laurence but spoke on the phone. Laurence is charming and very responsive if needed. We'll be happy to go back.

A wonderful week with family at Jean Michel and Marie's place. Everything is there to feel good. The house is impeccable, perfectly equipped, very well arranged and the beds are good. The location is ideal with the waterfront right in front of the house and the city center a 2-minute walk away. Thank you Marie for being there when we arrived and for these lovely touches! We loved Etel and will be back soon we hope!

6th stay at Cécile's house. Everyone goes smoothly every time.

We had a great time in Marie's place, ideal for us who came as a team in Carnac. 4 accommodations with independent spaces allowing privacy for everyone, but also a common space with a large table, sofa... Very well located in the heart of Carnac, close to shops and the beach. Marie is a perfect host, has been flexible to adapt to our time constraints and was very responsive to change a defective shower hose. Thank you again for your welcome!

We booked Jean-Michel's house for a family holiday. This was for 14 people and across 3 generations. The house met all our requirements and expectations perfectly. The swimming pool and outdoor areas were great, the bedrooms spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Jean-Michel was a super host, being responsive to a number of questions about bedroom set up. It was good to have Priscilla there on arrival to answer any questions. The town of Etel was a nice peaceful place, from which you are able to explore the local area. It would have been useful to have a floor plan showing the house / bedroom layout but that is being picky. We would highly recommend both property and Jean-Michel as a host to anyone else.
