We spent 12 days at Catherine's this January 2025. The house was perfect for the 4 of us with all the necessities inside. Well heated house. The place is quiet and access to a large beach by the ocean is a 3-minute walk. The village of Larmor-Plage is very friendly and has all the small shops. If you want a supermarket it will only be a 6-minute drive. We thank Catherine for her contact and responsiveness when needed. We'll keep the address!!

We had a great time at this place. Impeccable cleanliness, peaceful environment, and beautiful volumes in the rooms. We will come back without hesitation, Nastasia is adorable and very flexible which made our stay easy. My children particularly enjoyed the garden, and slept very well like their parents. Great 3-night weekend for 4 couples of friends...in this adorable house with Breton charm and family atmosphere. Everything is perfectly suited, welcoming and comfortable... You feel at home... The location is perfect combining tranquility and various proximitys ( seaside, bakery, restaurants...) Magical place of well-being, conducive to spending warm moments with friends.... Communication with Amaury and Aurore or with Élise who manages the rental is perfect, friendly, caring .... Recommended without hesitation

Very functional, clean, well-equipped and ideally located accommodation between the port, the beach and a very pleasant coastal path. Excellent for kids and morning jogging! Very good communication with Xavier who was very responsive. We would recommend it in a second!

We booked Jean-Michel's house for a family holiday. This was for 14 people and across 3 generations. The house met all our requirements and expectations perfectly. The swimming pool and outdoor areas were great, the bedrooms spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Jean-Michel was a super host, being responsive to a number of questions about bedroom set up. It was good to have Priscilla there on arrival to answer any questions. The town of Etel was a nice peaceful place, from which you are able to explore the local area. It would have been useful to have a floor plan showing the house / bedroom layout but that is being picky. We would highly recommend both property and Jean-Michel as a host to anyone else.

Cozy accommodation, perfect for our 2 families ( 2 moms and 3 children) the outside and the swimming pool are a great plus:) close to beautiful beaches, shops and play area nearby. Lannick is a responsive and friendly host! The tv didn't work when we arrived (in the middle of the Olympics), barely warned, he fixed the problem in a few minutes! Thanks again, we would recommend this home!

Constance and Hugues were very responsive to a last minute booking. Their house is amazing, warm and very pleasant to stay in. We had a great week. The bedding is impeccable; which contributes to a relaxing holiday! Surprising because in a ZA, but very quiet and easy to access and at the crossroads of La Trinité, Carnac, Auray and bike paths just behind the house. Quiet little house above the harbor village of Le Palais, within walking distance of the harbor in about 20 minutes (it is worth renting a bike in the village to get to shopping faster). Bus stop/island buses 100 m away. Functional but individual furnishings (no IKEA standard furnishings) of the house. Good beds, good bathroom with hot shower. Also ideal for 4 adults, beautiful round dining table in the living and cooking area. Fast internet, good communication with the landlord. The value for money is good, even compared to other offers on the island. We would stay here again next time we are on vacation on Belle Ile.

The house is located in a very beautiful setting with magnificent views of the Gulf. The place is peaceful. All basic amenities are provided (apart from the washing machine, which we did not need for a short trip). We highly recommend this small house.

A really lovely beachhouse. We had a great time! It takes 10 min to get to the beach by foot. We also went to Quiberon and Auray by bike. I am sure we will come back! The hosts are really nice and helped us with all our questions.

Self check-in is very convenient, access is easy, and the surroundings offer great hikes! Carnac city center is a 2-minute drive and just under 20-minute walk away. Peggy and Yannick are right next door, but totally respect privacy, a real plus. The studio is well arranged, it feels like home, with everything you need, without anything unnecessary.
