Amazing stay, very comfortable flat and bright.

Jacques was so accommodating when we had a delayed arrival. He even sent his son over when we needed sheets for the sofa bed when he was out of town. He lives in the building so he takes good care of everything in this beautiful old building. The apartment is central but quiet. The first night we took the tram but every other trip (St. Emilion and Arcachon) we just walked to the train station to see the city. Excellent boulangerie right next door, La Fabrique.

Everything is perfect at Xavier's: the host is very friendly, the location is ideal, the apartment is charming, the bedding and insulation are impeccable... I would have even liked to give it a 6/5!! I'll be back for sure
