Ceiling height 1.92 m. Studio for 2 people with all the comforts, located under our quiet veranda. The home overlooks a green pedestrian path. You have a completely independent entrance. Parking is free on the street. 15 mins walk to the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 7 mins to the Le Mans exhibition center. For motorcycles, the reservation is for a minimum of 3 nights from Thursday to Sunday. For the 24 Hours of Le Mans and "Le Mans Classic": 4 nights min from Wednesday to Sunday.

In a bourgeois house built in 1884, on the 2nd floor without elevator access, apartment refurbished with care, sufficiently equipped so that only your clothing bags are enough. Quality bedding, spacious bathroom, separate toilet. In the common laundry room: washing machine, ironing board, steam iron, clothes rack.
