Ideally located close to Mervent Zoo and multiple cultural and leisure activities. In our cottage you will find all the comforts you need; equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, stove...). In the 2 bedrooms you will find a queen size bed and a shower room with toilet.

The studio is located on the 2nd floor of a private house with independent entrance through the garage of the house, and independent stairs. Quiet environment, overlooking garden and park. Central location, nearby businesses, close to all amenities. Free street parking. No pets allowed.

My place is close to the city center. It is good for couples and solo travelers. We do not provide linens and towels except on request. No extra cleaning but the studio must be clean upon checkout. A deposit of €50 is required at key exchange. Clean and tidy upon arrival, all or part of this deposit will be charged if cleaning is not done. Free parking spaces right next door. No smoking allowed. Free wifi access
