Accessible for people with reduced mobility, 4 bedrooms including 1 master suite on the ground floor. 10 minutes from all shops, Valley of the Apes, Botanical Garden, Futuroscope 40 minutes away, and a multitude of activities to discover in the surrounding area. Available from 4pm Check-out before 11:00 a.m. (please clean the house).

Relax and unwind in this calm, stylish Gîte set within 2.5 acres of peaceful countryside. Recently refurbished to a high standard, the Gite offers four comfortable bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the third has a French double. We are delighted to welcome you to La Lolie Ferme. This peaceful place offers a relaxing stay with the whole family or with friends. Guests will have access to the entire private home. The grounds, play areas, and swimming pool are shared with the owners. The setting is conducive to various activities (petanque court, soccer goal, table football, ping pong table, etc.). A pool house allows you to eat your meals around the unheated pool (depth 70 cm to 1.80 m).
