David-Paul's house is the ideal home base for exploring the whole island. It is very nice and decorated with a lot of taste. It can come right out of a booklet. All materials are quality and the bed has a particularly good mattress. It is also very cozy in the evenings. The garden is large enough to be able to crawl away in every corner with a good reading book and a bag of coffee or aperitif. A blissful place to stay. If we are back in the area, we will definitely come back here. It was not rented on our last day and were allowed to check out what time we wanted. Particularly thoughtful of David-Paul. A top stay. We had a wonderful Pentecost weekend at Villa Isis Atlantique in Portes-en-Ré. The setting is simply idyllic: the house is spacious, tastefully decorated, and perfectly equipped for a stay with family or friends. The garden, the bowling alley, the half basketball court, the pool table and the swimming pool add a touch of serenity and luxury that invites you to relax. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the center of the village, while enjoying absolute calm. A big thank you to our hosts for their warm welcome and availability. We're leaving with memories in our heads… We'll be happy to come back!

Perfect accommodation for our family of 6 with 4 children. It has everything you need and more. The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Everything is in excellent condition and works perfectly. The games available are a real plus with children. We loved our stay on the island. A beautiful beachfront location. A very beautiful family house, tastefully decorated, welcoming and in a peaceful place. We did a lot of walking, in the center of Fouras, within walking distance. You can go to the island of Aix by taking the boat on foot. The weather was nice. Good memories.

Very good stay at Françoise's place, which corresponded in every way to the descriptions. Very nice welcome from Floriane who was very friendly and available. We will be sure to return to Françoise's during a possible stay on the Ile d'Oléron

Perfect accommodation for a week for 2 families. The outdoor space is very well furnished. The house is central and allowed us to crisscross the island. We would highly recommend!

The house was big an spacious and was perfect for my & my extended family of 12 adults + 3 children. Kitchen was very well equipped for us to prepare some home cooked meals, especially on Sunday when most restaurants are closed. Appreciate the lovely terrace view which makes this house standout from the rest. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the region.

We had a wonderful time with the family. The house is large, tastefully decorated, well-equipped with a large outdoor terrace and a very nice swimming pool. You can do everything on foot, from the beach, to shops and restaurants. We spent 5 very intense days there. Thank you Danielle. 😘

Fantastic holiday, stunning villa and really well equipped. We loved the pool and bbq was great too. Excellent location with easy access on bike to Saint Martin de Ré and also great beaches like Gros Joncs. Sad to leave!

We spent a weekend with friends in the house Beluga , it is beautiful and spacious. A relaxing moment with friends. The pool area is nice, the exteriors very well arranged, the inside is very clean and the bedding comfortable. If you are looking for a home where each person has their space to rest but where guests can gather in large spaces to share a meal, then this place is for you. The host is very welcoming and has a lot of activity ideas about the city of Royan I would recommned this property

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend in Pascale and Laurent's beautiful, very well-equipped and characterful home! A perfect place for a family gathering, with spacious and comfortable living spaces inside and out to chat and relax and the sparkling pool and table tennis table for a little light exercise! The fascinating historical port city of La Rochelle is less than half an hour away by bus and the Atlantic with access to coast paths is nearby. We enjoyed a visit to the Sunday market in the square in Nieul sur Mer followed by un petit cafe en terrasse at the inviting and friendly Bistrot de la Place. We much appreciated the possibility of an early check in and Stephanie, Pascale and Laurent's local agent, was most helpful as well as friendly and welcoming, responding immediately to any queries we had. Merci beaucoup!!

Lovely and comfortable house. Quietly located at the edge of the village. Supermarket within a few minutes driving distance. Everything available in the house and the kitchen. Nice swimming pool with plenty of space to find a sunny or shade spot. Repeatable! In addition, it is good to communicate with Corinne and respond quickly. So top house!

You can tell how much heart is ❤️ in this house. It is furnished with a lot of love for detail, you feel welcome right away and there is everything you need in everyday life. We really enjoyed our holiday with two toddlers there. The property is completely fenced and the garden gate can be locked. The outdoor area is also very nicely laid out. With plenty of seating and a great small, high pool. So no child can accidentally fall in, which was very important to us when choosing the accommodation. The beach is about 10-15 minutes walk just down the street. A Supermarket is in the immediate vicinity. Central yet quiet and private area. Anaïs and the manager Valerie are very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for the nice days in your beautiful house. We felt very comfortable there! 🏡💕

The layout of the villa is perfect for multi-generation family holidays with space to come together combined with distinct bedroom zones for added privacy. Extremely well equipped kitchen. The villa has off-street parking and the garage for safe storage of bicycles is a huge bonus. We had a great stay and give 5* rating.

Great weekend with friends in Corentin's house. Reading the previous comments before our arrival we were afraid but he was able to reassure us and indeed everything was perfect! A beautiful house, with an incredible ceiling height! A quiet and friendly garden with a nice pool. I would rent Corentin's house for our family gatherings in La Rochelle.

Thanks again to Sylvette and Michel for this great week in Vert Bois Oleron The house is as described and very equipped , no lack to report The pool is delicious like the garden ,you feel quiet and privacy . The location is perfect access to the green wood beach, where we were able to do surfing courses By bike , via bike path in the immediate vicinity, there are 15 minutes -20 minutes with children , to the center of Dolus-d'Oléron St Trojan, or the cotton plant which are charming . Beautiful house, typically Retaise as described in the listing. Spacious for 8 people. The garden is just beautiful, with heated pool. Everything is planned for a great stay. In addition, is very well located, between Le Bois, La Couarde and Saint Martin. Catherine is very responsive when you ask her for anything. We'll be happy to go back.
