The old stone house has been all rebuilt in 2022. It is located in Le Grand Village Plage on Oléron Island. Old salt pan at 100m, forest at 400m et the wild beach of Les Allassins is 1km by foot or bike on the cycle track. This house offers all necessary equipment to spend a nice and confortable holiday time: 2 bedrooms, a mini terrasse, a full equipped kitchen and a beautiful bathroom with an Italian shower. 2 stars in the French tourist accreditation. We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is very nice, well decorated, functional, perfect for a large family or friends. Everything you need is available when you have a child (crib, highchair, changing mat, bathtub, lots of toys, books, etc.). The host is responsive, gave us many tips and precise directions. The accommodation is very well-located, in a quiet and peaceful environment. Thank you for all the comforts your place brought to our stay. It was very nice, especially with a one-and-a-half-year-old baby.

Very spacious and well-appointed house, large and enclosed exterior (perfect with dogs) and a big plus with the heated swimming pool. Very well located for exploring the island and appreciable walking distance to the beach. Nelly's great flexibility on check-in and check-out times with responsive response. Some equipment could do with being repaired or replaced so that everything is perfect. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great time at the nice accommodation offered by JF and Fanny. The children and we were delighted and felt at home. The accommodation is bright, super functional and very well furnished with quality supplies (good bedding etc.). Special mention for the very clear and detailed instructions provided. Calm and very quiet environment. I liked the garden which allowed me to park my bike there, the independent access. Sophie also kindly helped me with a charger. The accommodation is very convenient. I recommend it.

The location is ideal, with many activities nearby: beach, zoo, restaurants, etc. The host was very responsive and available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Only small downside: the environment can sometimes be a little noisy depending on the time of day. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and good location!
