we spent 2 very pleasant days. The typical Normandy house is charming and has a beautiful, very well maintained garden. Finally, Fabienne is very friendly and extremely welcoming.

Totally wonderful stay, absolutely beautiful, tranquil surroundings gorgeous setting in a wonderful peaceful location. Idyllic petite cottage with lovely outside space, walks, cycling, and rambling a must. Only critique would be Wi-Fi which really is non existent but then again it’s not a deal breaker. La dolce vita en France 🇫🇷!

Our family of four enjoyed everything about our night at Remy’s marine-themed ranch. From the masterfully crafted wood furniture to the decor and lighting, we sensed the care that had been put into building and furnishing the ranch. The large bunk bed was a perfect sleeping arrangement for us and all slept soundly on comfortable bedding. In the morning we got to know the white horse on the property and already the children want to go back! A warmly recommended lodging.

Vincent is an exceptional host, he welcomes you better than your own family could! A ray of sunshine!

Yann was very responsive to all our requests! The apartment was clean and perfectly located for my daughter who was taking exams on the university campus!

We had a great stay. Mickael and his family were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is unique but comfortable and surprisingly spacious. The scenery is beautiful and it was only a short drive to Rouen. The pool was warm enough and big enough to have a good swim. Hope we can return one day.

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

We had a lovely and quiet stay with our five dogs. Nice hiking opportunities and everyone enjoyed themselves 🙂

What a fabulous little place, we loved our few days there. It was extremely clean and comfortable with beautiful surroundings. The pool was fantastic and we had great weather to enjoy it. We enjoyed a circular walk from the house to Caudabec en Caux returning along the river. We found a great restaurant too! Thoroughly recommend this lovely place which was great for our dog too. Fabulous hosts completed our stay!

We had such an amazing stay here, Valerie is such a wonderful host, who was very thoughtful and attentive to detail, Even leaving us a bottle of alcohol as a gift and being very helpful in making sure we had anything we may need for our stay. The Cottage was gorgeous and the garden was perfect for our dog. Our dog did not want to leave. We loved the heated pool too!. It was the perfect stay. We hope to come back, Thankyou Valerie

There is nothing to say about our stay, between the host who was great, kind and attentive. The accommodation was clean from end to end, an incredible indoor pool and a peaceful place at the highest point. We'll be back when we have a moment. 🤗

Perfect and pleasant apartment as described

We had a great stay at Theo's place. It is in an idyllic location surrounded by greenery and the sound of birds. There is a huge garden and heated swimming pool to enjoy and Theo and his wife are very welcoming. The house itself is great for a few days- the kitchen has the basics and is easy to use. The bathroom has a sauna and hot tub in it which we never used but is a nice touch. Upstairs there is a living room and bedroom. We did find that the rooms upstairs were very hot when it was sunny and very cold when not sunny. We felt much better with windows wide open but this let mosquitoes in and wouldn't be suitable in wet weather. Theo and his wife were so warm and happy to help us with any request- they helped us with laundry and even brought us a brand new high chair and clothes airer while we were there. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Very clean and functional accommodation. Lots of utensils to make you feel at home. The outdoor space is really very practical, well arranged with garden furniture. You can put a car in it, which is protected by a carport. The outdoor space is enclosed by a barrier, which is a plus. Very nice stay, dogs allowed which for us was a very appreciated plus. Thanks to Mathilde for the care she took with her rental and thanks also for her responsiveness. We'll be back without hesitation!

Beautiful, sparkling clean and very comfortable cottage. Very friendly owner who lives next door. Creaky floors, exactly what you expect from an old house. Nice animals (donkey, somewhat enthusiastic alpaca, chickens and pet dog iglu make the cottage special). Relaxed wonderfully. Thank you Bruno

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. Close to all the sites and with many good places to eat nearby. All the facilties you could need. Stairs are wide and not too steep so the climb was no problem. Very clean and new fitout. Cool design elements and there is indeed a petit horloge. There's even a gorilla in the room! Would definitely stay again.

I spent the week in the studio for work, and I'm very happy with it. I will most likely book again! The location is excellent, I did everything on foot. The accommodation is on the top floor, you have to climb a few stairs (there is no elevator), but that was not a problem for me. The building is quite old and there was a lot of dirt in the lobby, but it didn't bother me. The apartment is a single space, but it suited me very well. Thanks for the stay!

The interior of the room, the facilities, and the bed were all nice and clean, and everything was great. The location of this apartment, especially in front of Rouen Cathedral, was great for sightseeing on foot, and the bus stop was just behind it, so it was very convenient. There are two Marches nearby, where you can get fresh vegetables, meat, and fish, and there is a supermarket, making it convenient. The weekend show in front of Rouen Cathedral was very nice, and the gentle sound of the bell every day soothed my heart. Cedric is very friendly and bright, and is quick to respond to anything that comes up. Check-in and check-out were also very smooth. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.
