Very well located, just a stone's throw from the Jardin des Plantes; the F1 bus will take you to the city center in 10 minutes. It is close to all amenities (convenience stores, bakery, pharmacy...). Private entrance; you have the use of a small terrace. The garden area is shared. You will be captivated by the lush greenery, the tranquility, and the peacefulness of the neighborhood. You will be at the entrance to the Jardin des Plantes de ROUEN and 10 minutes by bus from the historic center right bank as well as 5 minutes from the Parc ExpoZenith. You can park your vehicle for free on the street right in front of our property and enjoy our landscaped garden. Cycling enthusiasts welcome. Bikes are safe.
