A small path connects it to the Plage de la République (150 m) and, beyond, the Plage du Veillon, the marina and the 18-hole golf course. Nearby, water activities (surfing, kite surfing, kayaking, etc.) and local shops (bakery, greengrocer, fishmonger). It enjoys, thanks to its private access and the property that surrounds it, absolute calm.

Close to the beaches of La Tranche-sur-Mer and Longeville by car (1/4 hour), Clémenceau and Vendée Automobile Museums nearby and Puy du Fou 1 hour away. Suitable for two people, not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Need a car for amenities. Parking in front of the house.
