We really enjoyed this family home which allowed us to spend Christmas as a family. It's a paradise for the little ones who found something to do. The garden must be very nice in warmer weather. The neighborhood is very quiet and the amenities are very close. It's easy to park in the cul-de-sac. Thanks to Amandine and her husband for hosting us.

A perfect weekend with friends. The house is very large, we were 15 adults and the space is more than enough! Very well equipped, perfect pool temperature. Very nice and well-maintained exterior too!

Giving us great tips (we went Biking at Isle d’Yeu, catamaran sailing at noirmoutier,…) and always on the look-out to help / have a friendly chat. The place has a very charming swimming pool surrounded by flowers and herbs which can be used to cook on the BBQ. In short everything is there to have a wonderfull stay. We didn’t spend much time indoors but it’s very well renovated and Christophe keeps it in excellent conditions

We had a lovely stay at Nathalie's who is very welcoming. Small simple but functional house, ideal for a few vacation days. We enjoyed the quiet location and with the beach within walking distance in minutes. Thank you for accepting dogs which is still quite rare.

I recommend this accommodation for its location and for the quality of the service. Small bouquet of flowers on arrival. We were on foot and our host offered to drop off our luggage and part of the team at the pier.

Very well equipped house, I had my two children (4 years old and my 10-month-old baby) all the equipment for children was available even games for children my son was delighted. The description is as advertised by Sophie. Cleanliness was de rigueur, nothing to say. Really nice house you can go for a second thought. Easy communication, Sophie is accommodating.

A family stay with 2 small children (umbrella bed and high chair available) pets allowed which is a plus because we always leave with our dog. The pool is very well maintained (every day) and heat up. Saint Jean de Mont and Noirmoutier is 15/20 minutes away. Easy accessible host.

We had a lovely stay at Christophe's, which is clean, quiet and well-equipped. We were able to enjoy the outdoors (armchairs, parasol, etc.) and the barbecue. Everything worked perfectly: washing machine, dishwasher, freezer... Access to the beach or Noirmoutier is very quick by car.

look no further, you are in the right place. if you are looking for a peaceful, welcoming place, where there is everything you need, cozy is Claude's place to come. It's been 2 times that we have rented from Maud and Seb and we will come back for our annual weekend with our girlfriends. we found our drop-off point. thank you to seb and maud for their kindness (as well as to Charlie who offers excellent breakfasts!!)

very clean accommodation in quiet cul-de-sac. it's new. rather functional. child room indeed narrow and at the entrance of the one in double bed. Lucille very friendly and available.

We had a pleasant stay in Dominique's small house. The house is beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped, which made our stay most comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful terrace, offering a peaceful view of a small pond with water lilies and small discreet frogs, which had the delicate attention of protecting us from mosquitoes. The location is ideal, just an hour from the Poitevin marshes and the Mourat vineyard, where we were able to enjoy great bike rides followed by wine tastings. Dominique was a charming and very welcoming host, we immediately felt comfortable in her home. We highly recommend this listing for a relaxing stay full of discoveries!
