Very nice apartment in a quiet residence. The pool is a real plus and the terrace is beautiful and spacious. Very friendly welcome from Roland. We recommend this place with your eyes closed. Nearby bakery, rotisserie and pizzeria.

We recommend ++. Very friendly and friendly hosts. The accommodation was perfect with a great view. Absolutely nothing was missing, a lot of attention to detail, which makes all the difference. The environment is very calm and relaxing. The train station is a 10-minute walk away, connecting the main cities of the Côte d'Azur (Nice, Cannes, Fréjus etc.) for next to nothing, which is very convenient (no need to take the car). Go for it!!

Well-located accommodation close to the sea and very well-equipped. Croisette and the shops were within walking distance. Very pleasant stay and our host was always available for any questions.

This apartment is fantastic value, the apartment is less than 2 minutes from the beach. The best restaurant i Juan Les Pins "Le Bistrot" is 50 metres away! A decent supermarket is just around the corner and yet it still feel quiet in the apartment. The apartment is large, comfortable and clean. Angela is very responsive and helpful. it's great!

The cottage met our expectations. Quiet location, shopping restaurants and beach very close. A great park property and nice reception. In the house, everything was functional and tidy. You have everything you need. Linens, towels and dish towels were provided for a fee. We had a very nice time and will definitely come back.

Me and my wife booked this amazing and memorable villa with our children and grandchildren. It's not often you get touched and experience a stay much better than I expected. The support from Marie-Laure and Barbara was above and beyond in every way and it was a delight and a security to feel so well taken care of. Everything in the house was great, fresh and kept very high level - pool, view, terrace with sun loungers, patio with its own grill, kitchen and the entire home in general, there was absolutely nothing missing. We recommend the accommodation with its proximity to the sea, the surroundings and ferry to Saint-Tropez. Even the nearby restaurants were good class. We stayed at Francoise's house for 1 week in April and had a lovely time. The house is nice and quiet, well equipped, with a private garden and access to the shared pool, and short walk to multiple coves and beaches for swimming. St Raphael is a short walk or cycle away. We would recommend this place.

3-day stay at Philippe and Sylvie's, we were 7 people and it was PERFECT! Beautiful landscape, very pretty exterior, and the interior is very charming and functional. Philippe, the host, was very efficient in the explanations, a perfect welcome and very friendly. We will undoubtedly come back, and I would recommend the place without a second thought, the quality-price is respected

We had a beautiful holiday at this villa; 9 of us stayed comfortably, with plenty of space and everything you could need for a great holiday. We spent most of our time in the pool, it’s a fab size and with the garden, it is perfect for kids. The villa is very private, just a few mins walk to a very small beach and few minutes to bus stops. We didn’t drive so found it a little far from the supermarket to walk but buses were regular, easy and cheap! The surrounding areas of Nice, Cannes and especially Antibes are stunning. Overall a perfect holiday, thank you ☺️

Beautiful place, tastefully decorated, all the amenities are there. Large garden, so you can sit in the sun and also in the shade. Beautiful outdoor kitchen, which we made a lot of use of. Beautiful swimming pool, tennis court, jeu de boules court. Friendly host and nice communication.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern, cozy apartment in Antibes. The location is perfect—2 minutes from a supermarket, next to a gas station, and walking distance to the beach, pharmacy, and restaurants. The design is beautiful, and the ground-floor garden, where friendly-fancy cats visited each morning, was a lovely touch. The apartment had everything we needed: fast internet, two smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable beds, and spacious closets. Everything felt modern or new, making it a perfect home away from home. Mikko, the owner, was attentive and quick to respond, while Nora, the SUPER host, made sure we had everything for a great stay. There’s absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. It will undoubtedly be our first choice the next time we visit the Côte d’Azur. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Catherine's place for 45 days and recommend it without reservation. You can get everywhere on foot. Garage available in the building. The accommodation is equipped with all amenities to make everyday life easier. Beautiful sunny and comfortable terrace with direct sea views.

Very nice place, beautiful view from all the rooms, big terrace with an outdoor dining table, and nice garden with orange trees. Kitchen well equipped so you can cook a meal for a family, 3 full-size bathrooms avoid traffic jam. Comfortable and nicely decorated without shishi. Downtown Ste Maxime is a pleasant 20min walk, public tennis courts and the beach 5min away downhill. Agathe is a very pleasant host. She responded typically within 15min or less, provided good advice and helped out with extra equipment. Very relaxing vacation.

Marie and Gerard's place is a small piece of paradise in the center of Saint Tropez. The well-organized house has a very well-kept and quiet outdoor area. It also comes with parking. You can walk to all the areas of interest in Saint Tropez and quickly leave the village by car to reach the most distant beaches (Saline and Pamplone). The care of the house in the absence of Marie and Gerard is in the hands of Jeannine always ready to respond to any need. The house is impeccable and you feel comfortable right away. I thank Marie, Gerard and Jeannine for their hospitality.

Clean, tidy, and well-stocked place. The photos correspond to reality. The outdoor patio is a little gem!!! You could hear the waves of the sea! The accommodation is close to a supermarket stocked with everything and a two-minute walk from the sea with access to equipped or free beach. We parked the car inside the residence and no longer needed to use it until we left. Paca was very kind, both on our arrival and departure. We will definitely be back!!!!

A beautiful, well positioned apartment where everything has been done to a really high spec and feels brand new. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean with all the basics you could need with two shower rooms with toilets plus a separate toilet and jacuzzi bath. It was our first visit to Antibes so we’re flying a little blind but lucked out with this apartment — facing the sea with views from every window along a promenade that made for peaceful walks home from the daily market or wandering around the old town/ coming back from dinner, both of which reachable in 5 minutes by foot. In between two beaches and easy to bounce from Antibes to the beaches of juan les pins or take the train up and down the coast as you wish. I travelled with a 2 nearly 3 year old and she had the time of her life!

The house was exactly as described. Kind of difficult to imagine a lovely little house like that, on the main road through town, but once through the front door you see the beautiful view from the terrasse and direct access to the sea. Obviously a lot of thought had gone into the decoration of the house. The kitchen was “cosy” but very well equipped, the bathrooms were beautifully tiled, the two terrasse were lovely and sunny but with awnings overhead if required. The house is really a gem.
