Simon and Katya where amazing hosts. Very friendly and always available if needed. Checkin was super easy and smooth. The pictures did not do the place justice, it was much nicer in person. Very clean and comfortable. The home was well equipped with the basics needed. Location was ideal just 15 minutes from st tropez and 15 minutes to the beach’s yet the home was quiet and peaceful with nature. I would highly recommend staying here. Easley a 10/10 experience.

we found the place felt like it was right out of a movie set from somewhere exotic. beautiful pool and surroundings. was perfect for 4 kids and 2 adults and the beach was also within walking range. thank you Carolane and Jerome for the best experience of the South of France.

We had a great stay at Violaine's villa. There were 4 of us and we were just after some relaxation and sunshine and this couldn't have been a better option for us. Beautiful views, gorgeous pool and 4 extremely comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped and the outdoor space had lots of seating areas, sun loungers and a large dining table. Sadly we couldn't get the gas BBQ to work despite the caretaker coming out to show us how to get it going, so I think that might need replacing, but we just cooked our food in the kitchen instead so it didn't matter hugely. Violaine was very helpful and clearly cares about her guests. We visited Barca Beach club & restaurant which she recommended which we loved and were treated very well. Wish we could have stayed longer and would love to return!

We stayed for 3 nights as a group of 11. The villa was lovely, exactly how it looks in the images. We stayed local for the first night and walked to a local restaurant for dinner. The villa was also a great base to explore other areas, we got taxis to both Nice and Cannes. Jesper was also super helpful and had great communication. We would definitely recommend this villa :)

Marie-Laure was very responsive & helpful from point of enquiry. The pictures and description of Villa are accurate. The Villa is finished to a very high standard, with stunning views and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay are provided. Mattresses & bedding are of a high quality. Spotlessly clean. Barbara provided a great welcome. Pool was lovely and lots of loungers and very comfortable chairs positioned so you can choose between sun and shade. Beach very close, with delicious crepes and beach bars within a few minutes walk. SPA shop and bakery within walking distance. All in all we had a fabulous stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. We loved Fabienne's villa- it's a lovely place with all of the amenities you need, an excellent location to explore the South of France and Fabienne was always on hand if we needed anything. Would highly recommend.

We wanted to thank Christophe and Stéphanie for this wonderful week we spent. Everything was there! From the cleanliness of the house to the recommendations for walks in the surrounding area. Christophe is very responsive to the slightest question. We'll be back no worries!

This villa is superb, very well equipped, easy to access and to park. Most importantly, it has magnificent views. Francesca and Matthieu are very welcoming hosts, caring and quick to respond to any questions, or help you right away if you're missing a few things… The villa is ideal because you are in your quiet corner while being very close to all amenities and of course the beach, the center, the port etc… A little gem ☀️💕

Large apartment, plenty of space for clothes. Geoffroy has a soft spot for appliances, so there is no shortage of accessories in the kitchen or in the apartment. Also, thanks for the many consumables. From spices to drinks, food, coffee, tea, cleaning products to toilet paper, everything was there. Unfortunately, the washing machine only worked to a limited extent (the display was only in the dark and also difficult to read, which was a challenge for us with a foreign language). There were good devices and mosquito repellent for the mosquitoes (but not in bedroom 1). Despite these minimal restrictions, we felt very comfortable. Boulouris is well connected to public transportation. Shopping is also within walking distance. Geoffroy is helpful, quickly accessible and uncomplicated.

Beautiful house with comfortable beds, on a quiet street but perfect location right next to the Old Town, which had lots of restaurants and of course the market. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back. Christina and Ivan were lovely and we had a great day on their boat too.

There were three of us at Celine and Julien's house in early May 2025. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thank you both for that. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting extensive hikes. The pool offers a very nice and popular way to refresh afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen is huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. We had an amazing stay! My husband and I traveled with our two small kids (3.5 years old and almost 2) and the apartment was perfect for us. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everybody and space in the open kitchen/living/dining room to not feel cramped at all. The terrace balcony was a lovely feature too. The location is so easily walkable to everything, but off on a quiet side street. Aurelie was very responsive to any messages and incredibly helpful, offering her own suggestions and she even brought a small gift for each of our children that they loved. Highly recommend staying here!

The absolute best spot in all of old town Antibes! Was perfect for my family of 4. My older boy slept in the lower floor leaving my younger son with an entire room to himself! We each had our own bathroom too! Very clean, beautiful ocean view, and excellent location to all the restaurants and market! Would definitely stay again if back in Antibes! Thank you Ivan!

Had a great stay at Bruno's place. He gave us great tips for the area and was very present and helpful. The place was a dream, the garden & pool beautiful. Perfect stay in St. Tropez.

Since Claude himself lives in the accommodation, he was immediately present when we arrived. The place was as described, clean, pleasant decor and offered stunning views. The well-kept property, the very clean pool, a feast for the eyes. New plant species were always to be discovered. The departure was cordial and straightforward.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The property is spacious, peaceful, and truly relaxing, a perfect getaway that still feels like home away from home. It’s also in a great location, very close to everything you might need: a supermarket, flower shop, a lovely bakery, and more. A huge thank you to Jonas, our amazing host, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. And a very special mention to Arlene, the villa’s charming and attentive caretaker. She made sure we had everything we needed and was always ready to assist with a warm smile. My kids and I had a great unforgettable stay! We will definitely come back!!

We had a great week at Khelil and Fatima's. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with access to bike paths (5-minute bike ride to a grocery store/bakery, 15-minute bike ride to the beach). The apartment is very clean and functional (the washing machine is a plus). And what a pleasure to be able to eat and relax in the garden with superb views of the surroundings! The vegetation and infinity pool are beautifully maintained. Finally, like the other tenants, we were touched by the kindness of our hosts. Khelil and Fatima are really charming, caring, very attentive to our comfort while being discreet. A beautiful property to remember!

Absolutely stunning place to relax in the sun! The apartment has everything that you need with a really well equipped kitchen! Rachel is a great host and had amazing local recommendations for food and things to do. We will be back for sure! 🙌

The Bastidon of Cathy is very nice, the amenities perfect and very high quality, the location is ideal for us: the sea within walking distance, but at the same time quiet and not located directly on the street. The train line is relatively close. However, the trains did not bother us at all. They don't run so often (not at night?) and are pretty quiet. The communication with Cathy was very easy, the directions were accurate, and Cathy was very quick to respond to any questions. All in all, the stay in the Bastidon of Cathy is highly recommended.

We had an absolutely perfect stay! Céline's welcome was warm and thoughtful as soon as we arrived. Her availability and kindness are really worth mentioning: she was always responsive and caring throughout the stay. The house was impeccable, very well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. Everything was there to make us feel at home. Thanks again for this great experience we'll be back with pleasure!
