Within walking distance (about 600 m) is the river Le Gartempe, where there are plenty of places to take a refreshing dip. The cyclist can also indulge. For the mountain biker (possibly available), touring cyclist and recreational cyclist, there are countless possibilities through the woods, along the river or through the countryside. For the hikers among us, the possibilities are endless. For the horseback riders, there is a riding school a few kilometers away. There are historic towns to explore nearby, and the river Vienne is a short walk through the village.
