L'appartement se trouve en centre ville, sur une petite place, à 10 min à pied de la gare et à 5 min des promenades au bord de la Loire. La décoration est du type Scandinave mais chaleureuse. Il est bien équipé, tout est fourni, le linge de maison, de lit et de toilette. Il se trouve au 1er étage, sans ascenseur et le jardin est disponible aux locataires.

We will be happy to share with you the history of this beautiful Folie Nantaise, located at the gates of Sucé-sur-Erdre (the town center is 300 meters away) and yet nestled in a setting of wild nature with its wooded park of 2 hectares and private access to the Erdre.

Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. By car it's easy thanks to the proximity of the Nantes ring road and a free parking space is reserved for you. Here, everything is designed for your comfort, from bedding to bath towels. Many welcome products and a fully-equipped kitchen are there to make your stay pleasant.

Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. If you are traveling by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a "Loire à Vélo" circuit, a bike room has been specially fitted out in the house. By car, you can park almost at the door!
