Vacation rentals with beach access in Le Cannet

Host molto affidabile e serio. Appartamento comodo per raggiungere il festival di Cannes a piedi in 30 minuti o in autobus in 10 minuti. Stanza pulita e con tutto il necessario. Ci siamo tornati il secondo anno di seguito. Consigliato!

Great location to get around the whole Cannes area. Really easy access to the bus system. Host does amazing job helping with ideas and things to do. Wish we could have stayed for much longer

We were only able to spend one night at Geoffrey’s place in Cannes, as we unexpectedly had to cut our vacation in France short. However I would highly recommend Geoffrey’s place. Geoffrey was lovely, meeting us outside the apartment, communication was great. The apartment was perfect, clean and had lots of little extras (like bandaids, towels for the beaches for example ) that you could need. The apartment was a short walk from the most beautiful sandy beach and restaurants. And Geoffrey arrived early with pastries for us in the morning or checkout. We hope to return someday and spend more time in Cannes. Thank you!

I love staying in this apartment it’s already my second year and it’s such a great place. The best mix between being close to the shops and to the sea. I come to Cannes for one of the Festivals and this place it’s wonderful for all my work events. Florian and Waidan are the best so helpful and present I strongly recommend this place. I will be back for sure !

We had a wonderful stay in Cannes! The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, stylish, and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything we needed. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Our week in Cannes could not have been more perfect. Maxime’s apartment is a 15 min walk from the centre. The apartment is quiet, lodged up on the hills, on the top floor with a beautiful view of the sea (no elevator though). The apartment has all that you would want, even a dishwasher. A big pleasant nature reserve is nearby, great for walking a dog. Cannes itself exceeded our expectations this sunny April week. So many great restaurants in its charming town centre, pleasant beach promenade, beautiful beaches, and not to be missed, great nature to stroll through on the island of Sainte Marguerite, a 15-minute ferry ride away. Easy trails. Bring a picnic; dining options on the island are slim. Also, we used our base in Cannes to make a couple of day excursions to Antibes, half an hour’s drive away. Unmissable. We were a bit apprehensive that Cannes would not be dog friendly. Dogs are only allowed on the beaches from November to March; but apart from this the town is dog friendly.

Toller Aufenthalt in der Wohnung bei Cannes. Sehr gute Kommunikation, Lage perfekt am Sandstrand und am Hafen. Luxus ist der private Parkplatz in der Garage, da es sonst keine kostenlosen Parkplätze gibt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Céline est une hôte très réactive et très arrangeante! Le logement est idéalement situé. Appartement très mignon et très bien équipé. Je recommande :)

A serene and tranquil haven in the hills around the Cote d'Azur, kitted out with all the modern conveniences you could want (wonderful kitchen, heated salt water pool) but with that inimitable French rustic charm and a garden and grounds to die for. No more than 10 minutes from the beaches of Cannes, Antibes, Juan le Pins and the hidden gem that is Le Cannet, plus an abundance of boulangeries, patisseries and hypermarkets for fresh produce all within walking / short driving distance. Patrick is a host as charming as his home and made our family holiday that much more enjoyable because of his humour, responsiveness and kindness. A truly magical Airbnb for all the family!

Nathalie was wonderful! She reached out a few days before check-in to ask our flight schedule and provide her number. She also met us outside the property and showed us how to lock/ unlock the doors, discuss checkout timing, and make us feel at home. She also left us with a delicious bottle of rosé- the perfect welcome gift for southern France! The kitchen was immaculate and there were lots of dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils. The kitchen towels smelled like a fresh lavender field! Cannot recommend enough.

Nous avons passer un excellent séjour. La maison est très agréable et accueillante, Régine a très bien su nous accueillir et nous a même conseiller quoi faire dans les environs , je recommande sans hésitation. 😊

This flat has amazing views from the terrace along with the historic charm of antique floors, walls, and beam ceilings. I would not only stay here again, I would love to live here.

Cute house in a perfect location.

What an amazing stay with Pascale & Franck! The place is super child friendly with lots of toys and games and the flat is really private with lots of space. The kitchen has everything you could need and Pascale even left us a few little treats in the fridge on arrival. There is a little bakery 5mins walk from the door and there is a big Carrefore about 5mins drive away so really convenient. Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Mougins etc are all really accessible too.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Personen und haben die Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Erkundungen des Filmfestivals gebucht. Ich kann mich nur den vielen Bewertungen hier anschließen: Die Lage ist absolut unschlagbar! Man kommt rein und hat sofort das Mittelmeer-Feeling mit fantastischem Blick auf das Meer und - bei klarem Wetter- sogar die fernen Berge. Man möchte vom Essen auf der Terrasse oder dem Sonnenbad am wunderschönen Pool gar nicht mehr aufstehen. Auch der Empfang durch Aimée war sehr herzlich und hätte es welche gegeben, dann sind wir uns sicher, dass wir uns jederzeit mit Problemen hätten an sie wenden können. Der Platz ist für 10 Personen absolut ausreichend, in der Küche ist alles soweit vorhanden. Da sich die Zimmer in unterschiedlichen Gebäuden befinden, muss man bei getrennten Unternehmungen gut mit den Schlüsseln planen. Wenn man die Gegend, egal ob alleine oder als Gruppe :-), erkunden möchte, dann kann man innerhalb von 10 Minuten die Bushaltestelle erreichen

I cannot thank Xavier enough for the stay! This space is absolutely incredible, and is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s in an ideal location and is central to everything you’d want to see and do in Cannes! Not to mention , the building itself is gorgeous. Xavier also provides ample recommendations, and is super responsive and flexible with the check in/ check out process. If I’m ever back in Cannes, I will be staying here again for sure! Highly recommended anyone books this spot for your next trip to Cannes ☺️

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Lovely place to stay. A little out the hustle and bustle of the main streets of Cannes which was nice. Safe, peaceful, and comfortable. The terrace is the best part!!

Un petit logement confortable pour quelques nuits et pas très loin de la plage (5 min à pieds) et du centre ville (25 min à pieds, ça fait une belle balade le long de la mer). Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans ce petit studio malgré une isolation des murs peu épaisse... Le logement est facile d'accès, parking juste en face de la résidence, tout était propre à notre arrivée ! Tout le nécessaire est présent pour passer un bon séjour et l'hôte a été très réactive et dans la communication :)

Konum olarak mükemmel. Her yere yürüyüş mesafesi olması, etrafında birçok restaurant ve barların olması büyük avantaj. Ev yeni dekore edilmiş ve çok temiz. Balkonunda oturmak çok keyifli. Evde ana banyo ve tuvaletin yanı sıra Ebeveyn odasında da tuvalet ve banyo olması çok rahatlatıcı. Salon ve mutfak tüm imkanları sunuyor. Tekrar Cannes seyahatimde mümkünse tekrar kalmak isterim. Bu imkanları sunduğu için Judy ye çok teşekkür ederim

Izabela is a wonderful host. She took excellent care of me even went out of her way to have my favorite almond milk waiting for me. She's such a sweet soul and really cares about the experience and made sure that I felt very comfortable. Her place is beautiful. the location is central and I enjoyed my walks up the hill and discovering the garden hike as well as regular walks to the Palais and Croisette and Rue de Antibes. Really great experience overall! Highly recommend her place.
