An apartment in a large complex that looks like an all-inclusive Caribbean resort with pool and everything. 2 steps from the beach. The apartment is renovated and clean, the views are very beautiful. A little set back from the center of Cannes.

Loved the simplicity of the apartment, I had thought it was looking out to sea my bad I did not read the description properly ( clearly stated it looked on to courtyard ) as I thought the picture was it , not the description but I might not have booked on that basis but SO glad I did location clearly made up for no sea view. Highly recommended

Cute, clean apartment 2 minutes from the beach and 4-5 minutes from the train station. Easy to find and with a nice view!

I would stay here every time. I stayed in another area before Remi’s and this location was perfect, super walkable and the area is pretty quiet. I honestly booked because I loved the Window in the studio and the view didn’t disappoint! Whenever I return, I just hope it’s not fully booked for me! 10/10! Definitely stay here for your Cannes trip!

Very accommodating and helpful hosts!

Pleasant accommodation, very clean and perfectly maintained. We particularly appreciated the private parking space with closed box: a real plus! Our BMW iX1 enters it without a problem, as long as you are comfortable with the maneuvers. Another significant advantage: the charging station located at the foot of the building, very convenient for electric vehicles, even if the area is already well equipped with terminals. On the amenities side, everything is nearby: a tapas restaurant open at noon, another in the evening, as well as a small U supermarket ideal for side shopping. Note: Street parking is in the blue zone, so limited. Finally, the balcony overlooks a small road leading to the listing and currently faces a building under construction, which can slightly impact tranquility depending on the time of day. That said, this does not call into question the overall quality of the stay.

Lovely place to stay. A little out the hustle and bustle of the main streets of Cannes which was nice. Safe, peaceful, and comfortable. The terrace is the best part!!

Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cagnes-sur-Mer and would certainly recommend this apartment to others. The check-in when we arrived was helped by Michael, who waited to meet with us after our evening flight to show us the facilities of the accommodation. This made it a lot easier for us. The apartment itself was in a fantastic location and it is in a quiet neighbourhood. The swimming pool was a nice addition and we took full advantage of it during the nice weather! The room was clean, the kitchen facilities were really handy and the balcony was a lovely space to relax in. The TV and WiFi were also very reliable. Despite the bed being comfortable, it did make a squeaking noise whenever we moved in it. Also, the curtains still allowed the light to enter the room after sunrise - so I would suggest bringing an eye mask if you think this would be an issue for you. Overall, we were more than happy with our stay and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Lovely host and a lovely apartment! Everything was super clean and Bernard was very helpful. The town is very pretty with a few restaurants and shops close by to the apartment. Definitely worth a stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Marco's place ! From the seamless check-in to the warm welcome, everything was perfect. The property is stunning, impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. The kitchen had all I needed, and the pool room was perfect for relaxing. The location is fantastic, peaceful and quiet. I can't recommend this place enough ! If you're looking for a perfect getaway with a fantastic host, this is it. Small studio, very well located, quiet, with a beautiful unobstructed and wooded view, very close to the Croisette. Pleasant residence. Dominique is a very good host for communication, hospitality and responsiveness.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The view was absolutely stunning, and the location is just a short walk from the sea! The host was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth. The apartment was well-equipped with everything you might need, even while on vacation. One highlight for me was the makeup mirror! Overall, a convenient, and beautifully located spot that I’d happily return to. Highly recommended!
