Peaceful and pleasant studio, the stone walls keep it cool. We are 5 minutes from O'Gliss, O'Fun Park. Les Sables d'Olonne is 35 minutes away. Close to the beaches of La Tranche-sur-Mer and Longeville by car (1/4 hour), Clémenceau and Vendée Automobile Museums nearby and Puy du Fou 1 hour away. Suitable for two people, not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Need a car for amenities. Parking in front of the house.

Studio 25 m2 "Les Sables"

A 25 m² studio on the ground floor of our 1974 house on a 5,000 m² wooded plot with a solar-powered gate and a pond. All of this is surrounded by fields and nature, with animals, and only 7 km from the sea (Le Rocher beach is 7 minutes away by car). It is shared with us and the tenants of the 2nd studio. Our 2 small dogs are present on our property. 1 km from the heart of the village with bakery, 5 km from shopping.
