Hilary and Peter were perfect hosts. Friendly and informative. Woodpecker cottage was clean, warm, comfortable and peaceful. A great place to stay to get away from it all. Our dogs loved the garden and paddock.

The house is really amazing, with brilliant views. It’s very comfortable inside and easy to relax. Beds are huge comfortable and very clean . Kitchen includes everything that you would need.. bathrooms are also of an excellent quality. Would definitely stay again and recommend the host . Thanks so much for having us.

We had a lovely stay and the flat was well equipped and had everything you may need for a weekend away. Hosts were flexible with check in which was great! The log burner made evenings cosy and warm. Would definitely recommend!

absolutely wonderful stay, Bramble Cottage is neatly tucked behind the host's home in a very tranquil and peaceful part of the Eden Valley not too far to drive to Penrith. The One bedroom barn apartment is fantastic for solo or couples and is very well equipped and beautifully furnished and equipped. I would expect to pay double or triple for this sort of standard in a hotel so great value for money. Would certainly return if the circumstances came around.
