Monthly Rentals in Lavenham

Had a wonderful stay at The Cygnet, ideally located in the lovely village of Lavenham. Check in was easy, and both check in and check out times were very generous. The property was spotlessly clean, and the decor throughout was tasteful and stylish. Downstairs, the lounge and kitchen/diner were spacious, light and airy - perfect for chilling out. Tea, coffee, sugar and muesli were available - very handy. There was also a large patio. Upstairs, the two bedrooms were a good size, made cosy by the beautiful decor, comfortable bedding and plentiful pillows and cushions. The bathroom was spotless, and there was a selection of toiletries available. I would definitely recommend The Cygnet.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely Airbnb near Lavenham. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. We especially enjoyed making use of the tennis court during the day and winding down by the fireplace in the evenings. A peaceful, well-kept spot that we’d definitely recommend!

Colin and Linda were absolutely wonderful hosts! We stayed for an extended period while awaiting the completion of our house, and they made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. Their communication was always prompt and helpful, making our long stay much smoother. What truly stood out was their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. When we found ourselves needing daycare for our dog, they stepped in to help us out, which was a huge relief! Their generosity and understanding were truly appreciated. We couldn't have asked for better hosts. We highly recommend Colin and Linda to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming Airbnb experience. They made our transitional period so much easier. The blacksmiths cottage brings quaint charming Suffolk life with a Modern amenities without losing its charm. Felt like a hotel level of comfort- we especially loved the copper bath and large shower. White company toiletries upped the luxury feel. The location in the centre of Lavenham opposite famous buildings like The De Vere House and the Priory ensures you are right in the middle of all those beautiful buildings. Plus a short stroll to The Swan for evening drinks and a game of scrabble! Many glorious walks on the doorstep or a short drive away. You won’t regret booking this place. Matthew is a wonderful, kind and helpful host. We had a most relaxing stay. Thank you!
