Apartment vacation rentals in Lavasa

Stay was very comfortable and it was a seamless experience checking-in , staying abd checkout. Host was very responsive and understanding, the caretaker of the property was also very good.We felt like staying at our home only. We even got couple of hours of extension in checkout at no extra cost. Just that couple of things ( which is not in control of the owner at all) is that the society is still very new and is looks like being occupied gradually so there was lot of drilling work going on throughout the day which was bit noisy and inconvenient and secondly since its too close to airport ( hardly 400-500m) , during night constant flight landing and takeoff can create bit of disturbance, especially to elderly folks. Rest was all awesome, we are super happy with the stay !!!!

Amazing place, very friendly and responsive owner, very clean and regular cleaning . WiFi was perfect, nice tv , very comfortable and easily accessible. I stayed here for a month and I would highly recommended. Air conditioning worked well. As an international traveller I can’t recommend this place highly enough. 100%

We had an amazing stay here. The place was very well described and had everything that a family would need for their stay. It showed special care from host side when they put a pack of small maggi, biscuits and filled water bottles. The electricity went out for a brief period at night which disturbed the sleep however, it turns out that there was an outage in the entire area and there is nothing that the hosts could have done. They were also very accommodating for late checkout. Overall a very nice experience and would definitely visit again.

The hosts were incredibly warm, approachable, and accommodating. They were prompt with their responses and made everything seamless. The space is exactly as shown in the pictures — in fact, the view is absolutely breathtaking! It was a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. The amenities were excellent, and the helping staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The location was easy to find, with well-equipped markets just a short walk away, offering everything you could need — from health essentials to delicious food and more. The society itself was serene and beautifully maintained. Overall, it was an outstanding experience! I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my stay and genuinely can't wait to return. Thank you!

I had an amazing stay at Sonya’s place! From the moment I walked in, everything felt just right. The place was spotless, cozy, and had such a welcoming vibe—it truly felt like a home away from home. Sonya was such a great host—super responsive and always just a text away whenever I needed anything. She went the extra mile, not just providing all the essentials like a fridge, oven, and washing machine, but also thoughtful little touches like tea bags, sugar, and tea leaves. The host was very responsive with each and every request and made adjustments according to my requirements. The place was extremely beautiful. The bed stood out and was extremely comfy and heavenly, felt like it would take seconds to just doze off to sleep in that. The place was very well maintained, extremely clean and bathrooms looked beautiful. All necessary amenities are present as mentioned. The property looks the exact same as mentioned in the listing. If any help needed, Ganesh, the caretaker is just a call away. The place is definitely worth staying and I would love to book this place again. No wonder why he is a super host. I can blindly recommend anyone coming to Navi Mumbai, looking for a place to stay for a day or few days can go forward with this. :)

Great service from the host

This was the perfect place for my stay! The room was bright, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It had everything I needed for a comfortable experience a cozy bed, plenty of storage space, and a well equipped bathroom. The little touches, like a bottle of water on the nightstand and extra pillows, really made a difference. The location was ideal, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to local cafes and transport. I loved how easy it was to explore the area. The host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. Communication was quick, and they even provided thoughtful recommendations for places to visit nearby. I felt right at home! Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Came here to celebrate a birthday, have to say the place is absolutely wonderful! Exactly as the pictures describe it. The host is responsive and the check-in was super seamless. Everything was clean and tidy when we checked in. Highly recommend it to anyone planning to go out to spend quality time with family or a loved one.

Incredible stay! Hosts were lightning-fast with replies and happy to help with anything. The flat is super cozy, filled with warm lights, cool art pieces and killer views that make morning coffee feel fancy. Kitchen is next-level: water, milk, snacks already stocked plus every kitchen appliance / gadget imaginable. The place was also equipped with hair-dryer, iron, washing machine and more. The location is perfect - close to everything but still quiet at night. Woke up smiling, went to bed relaxed. Couldn’t ask for more; I’ll be back!

it was very pleasant stay with plenty of amenities going further I would like to suggest that Check in time has to be reduced to atleast 13:00...rest everything is upto the mark with Value for Money
