The kitchen is fully equipped, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven and as well as a Senseo coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms and a bathroom area (separate shower and bathtub) and a double sofa bed on the ground floor. Located in a quiet area and close to the city center and all amenities.
