Monthly Rentals in Lavagna

I had a few questions for Maria Tea in advance. Her daughter Loredana always answered them immediately and the contact was also pleasant during the stay. The apartment is great: The view is impressive and the apartment is very clean and lovingly furnished. The apartment is well located: in about 10 minutes at the train station and beach, in 5 minutes at the market square, etc. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer. We enjoyed our stay in Lavagna in Alessandro's apartment, tastefully furnished, with quality equipment, spacious and very comfortable. The people in the neighborhood where we stayed were very friendly and we felt comfortable right away. There is a baker and a fresh pasta caterer a few meters from the apartment which are a real plus. Alessandro was good-natured, very friendly and answered all our questions quickly, whether about the accommodation or activities in the area. We'll go back for sure.

Very nice and comfortable accommodation, I recommend it! Very convenient check-in instructions, the host is very kind and happy to help. The apartment has everything you need for a stay, even coffee, spices and welcome chilled drinks that were very appropriate.

very spacious and comfortable apartment for 4 people. Very useful private parking inside the condominium. A 10-15 minute walk to the center and the beach. Supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants all near the house, once you arrive the car is no longer needed. Kitchen and bathroom essentials were present as described. Ylenia is very kind and responsive, convenient self check-in. Quiet condominium. We will keep this apartment in mind for a return to Lavagna :-)
