Located directly on the water, there is every opportunity to rent boats, canoes, bicycles or a sup. The farm is located on the Zuiderzeepad and many bicycle junctions. The spacious apartment has 2 separate bedrooms for a total of 4 people. Optionally, a third bedroom/studio can be booked separately, only in combination with the apartment. Our chalet is located on a beautiful child-friendly campsite in the Lauwersmeer nature reserve. Close to the crossing to Schiermonnikoog, the cities of Groningen and Dokkum. It is fully equipped with its own enclosed garden and patio, 5 minutes from the swimming beach. The park has a restaurant, snack bar, bike rental and lots of indoor and outdoor play areas for children. From the campsite, you are immediately in the beautiful Lauwersmeer nature reserve for walks and bike rides.

U slaapt op de begane grond (2 sk + eigen badk.+eigen keuken+ eigen grote woonkamer (50 m2) met hoge plafonts en openhaard. eigen ingang. 3e slaapkamer is boven via het voorhuis. Buiten aan het water je eigen terras. Ook geschikt voor groeps werk met een grote werk tafel. Vintage dus mooi, oud en gezellig. Maar niet spotless.

Our farm was built completely new in 2015, we live in the back house and the front house is furnished as a vacation home. 5 private parking spaces, a spacious garden with terrace where you can sit comfortably. 1 bedroom on the ground floor with private bathroom, the other 4 bedrooms on the first floor with shared bathroom.

This beautiful cottage is equipped with everything so you can fully enjoy all that beautiful Groningen has to offer! After our driveway of about 800m, you are assured of fresh air. The Tiny House is one of two Tiny Houses on our property at the end of a dead-end road. Be welcome!
