Come here relaxed with your sweetheart, away from the hustle and bustle, you will find peace and quiet here and you will wake up to the girls, blackbirds and sparrows.(sometimes Sunday of the church bells). Our cozy chalet is for 1-6 guests, has 3 bedrooms, heating and is smoke and animal free. Characteristic is the ‘smûke’ scenery with thousands of miles of elzensingels, dykswâlen (wood ramparts) and hundreds of pingos and pools. The area has unique flora and fauna. The biodiversity here is great. A short distance from Groningen, Leeuwarden, Dokkum and the Ydillian Wadden Islands. The surroundings are very suitable for hiking, biking, canoe.

The Hiking Barn

The Wandelschuur is on the edge of the forest, within walking distance to the Waddenzee and Lauwersmeer. Decorated with taste and color, moreover, there are no houses and buildings to see when you look out through the high glass facade with French doors. The Wandelschuur is a wooden cottage on a residential yard. You will sleep in the romantic loft in a spacious double bed. A nice base for mudflat walking, a day in Schiermonnikoog, hiking, cycling around Lauwersmeer, eating fish, etc. :)

Buiten aan het water je eigen terras. Ook geschikt voor groeps werk met een grote werk tafel. Vintage dus mooi, oud en gezellig. Maar niet spotless.
