Our house is located a 5-minute walk from the historic center. Shops nearby (bakery on the corner). Free parking close by. You have access to 2 outdoor areas: a terrace with a beautiful view and a cool patio. The 145 m² (1,562 sq. ft.) are spread over three easily accessible levels: On the ground floor, there is a suite with a desk, a shower room, and a toilet. On the 2nd floor two bedrooms and their bathroom-WC. On Level 1, there is a well-equipped kitchen, a bright dining room, and a spacious living room. Very stylish and comfortable.

In the Graulhetoise countryside, with exceptional views of the fields, our cottage awaits you. Come and enjoy the serenity and calm without being overlooked. The secure swimming pool (10x4) will be a plus for your summer vacation. Composed of a fitted and equipped kitchen, a summer kitchen with plancha, a patio, and 2 bedrooms, our cottage is ready to welcome you. 15 minutes from Gaillac, 20 minutes from Albi, 1 hour from Toulouse and 1 hour 45 minutes from Carcassonne. The sea is 2.5 hours away.

Enjoy breathtaking views of the Agout Valley and the distant Pyrenees mountain range from inside the chalet as well as outside. Stroll through the charming village of Puybegon a few meters away or take on the challenge of one of the most beautiful hikes in the Tarn, the Dame Fines Trail.

Parking is free in front of the house. The accommodation is equipped with fiber optic internet and you can enjoy a large screen connected TV.

The house is one of four dwellings on a family estate surrounded by trees, fields and woods - making it ideal for nature lovers and families. The pool is for sole use of farmhouse guests only and is not shared. It is fully secure with a fence and lockable gates.

Ideally located, in the historic heart of old Castres, 500 m from the Goya and Jean Jaurès museum. This carefully renovated old house, with a warm and simple atmosphere, awaits you.
