House vacation rentals in Lauterbach

We had a great time as a group with 10 adults and five small children (0-5 years). The house is very nice and inviting. We had everything we needed and for the kids there was plenty of Duplo, Schleich horses, books, etc. The communication with Kathrin was quick and uncomplicated. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back again. In summer you can certainly use the large balcony and garden even more.

We really loved this holiday house - the view was brilliant and the house had everything we needed.

We had very pleasant days. The house was perfectly furnished, we lacked nothing. Balcony and living room offer a beautiful south view of the meadows and fields in front of the house. The quiet location in the small town invites you to small and large hikes. If you get into the car, you can reach the famous sights of the Rhön in 10 to 30 minutes, such as the Milsburg, the Wasserkuppe, the Schwarze Moor, Bishofsheim and the Gangolfsberg. We stayed with 4 adults and 3 kids under the age of 8. We enjoyed the house, activities in the park and the little lake. The house was very comfortable and modern. Perfect stay for 2 families.

Everything was as described, place was very clean. The wellness area (sauna, pool, whirlpool) was perfect for the autumn season. Michael was very friendly and always responded to our messages within 30 minutes.

A dream of a house! Everything went great! After all the years we traveled with AirBnb, this was truly the best equipped and prettiest house we've ever stayed in. All previous reviews didn't exaggerate! You can really use everything and feel at home from the first minute. The check-in was extremely uncomplicated, as was the checkout. Don't forget to visit the landlord's shop - it's just super chic!!!! The only drawback is that there is actually no bakery or supermarket or the like within walking distance in Mittelaschenbach itself. Bicycle or car are mandatory for errands... but the house can't do anything about it. All in all, we had a fantastic stay despite the construction site on the neighboring grounds (the landlords can't do anything for that) and quite clairaudient walls! Thank you again for the relaxed adjustments regarding people, 😊 we will be happy to come back!

We were lucky enough to spontaneously spend the Easter holidays in the beautiful chalet and had a great time with the family (8 adults, 1 toddler). The chalet is located in a very quiet area on the mountain and is great for a wellness or hiking holiday. The host Dirk was always very accommodating and eager and always communicated quickly. The chalet was very clean and with a lot of love for detail, we felt very comfortable. The highlight was of course sauna and hot tub - we will be happy to come back!

The absolute highlight is the wellness area with pool, sauna and solarium under absolute privacy. The 2 hours agreed daily for the benefit of this area are completely sufficient. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the A7, so it is also very easy to reach. However, the noise of the A7 is audible, with the infinite bird concert from all corners covering this noise. When the door and windows are closed, you don't hear it, so it doesn't bother sleep. Wifi comes from the main building and is relatively weak. There's another guest wifi, as seen on Airbnb, but it's not working. I couldn't understand why the wifi distributor in the bedroom should serve. The phone number on Airbnb is not working Communication via text is flawless. Response in seconds and always positive. I wouldn't call the appartment dirty. However, a thorough cleaning in corners and edges seems long overdue.

We had a great time in this beautiful and lovingly furnished half-timbered house. You feel right at home. The location in the middle of the old town is great, and with a suspension bridge, forest ball track and playgrounds, great activities with children are possible. Annouck and Benji were very nice and very accessible. We will be happy to come back.

The stay at Renate's house was wonderful. The kitchen is well equipped, everything is comfortably furnished and designed with loving details. There is clear information and a lot of brochures for the surrounding area. Communication with Renate was also very pleasant. The small village is tranquil, the bells of the church next door provide additional ambience. Parking is possible right in front of the house without any problems. Small hikes can be started directly from there. Shopping is about 10 minutes by car in Schotten.

The apartment offers everything for a short but also longer stay. Heike is very friendly, helpful and always responsive. You are very quickly in Gießen in the city center and still live very quietly and have a lot of nature right outside the front door. The bus stop is only 1 minute away. The apartment is highly recommended

A wonderful stay! The house has an incredible amount of charm and is furnished with a lot of love for detail. The garden is particularly beautiful – perfect for enjoying the tranquility, especially if you are so lucky with the weather. The location is ideal for anyone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and relax, or stretch their legs on a hike in the area. Annette was a fantastic host: super friendly, helpful and always quick to communicate. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

A very nice little house - functionally and tastefully furnished. Walking about 20 minutes to the city. Bakers, butchers and restaurants are around the corner. Very straightforward communication with the host and easy check-in.

Really loved this place! It’s in a beautiful, quiet spot with lovely views—perfect for our relaxed holiday. The house is new, super clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The big outdoor space was perfect for hanging out and enjoying the fresh air. It worked really well for our group. The host was friendly and responded quickly whenever we had a question. The apartment was sparkling clean. Everything was available or even more. Very good amenities. The mattress on the large bed was super soft, I preferred the other smaller bed because the mattress was very hard. The description for TV and Wi-Fi were easy to understand. It creaked a little at the beginning, but the host was immediately reachable by phone and we were able to resolve it very quickly. Very good information was also available for excursions in the area. Very quiet environment ideal for "coming down." Also very well taken care of for the four-legged friends. This place is highly recommended. Grade 1+

Really great cottage with a beautiful garden and fantastic views. My kids and I had a great time. We were able to barbecue, have campfires and take leisurely walks. The kids played outside all day and I relaxed on the terrace. A big plus is the fireplace and the very comfortable beds. Andreas was accessible throughout and responded quickly. A very nice landlord.

At the end of our hiking tour, we arrived at Pascal in Frankenheim (Rhön) and found a sparkling clean AirBnB with everything you need. Kitchen was super equipped and all other rooms were also great. Good communication, we will be happy to come back if the hiking trails lead us along here.
