Waterfront vacation rentals in Lauriergracht

Our second time at Sebastian’s wonderful Airbnb. This location is perfect as it’s quiet and yet very near the busier sections of town. Sebastian is a terrific host and everything is as described. He is very friendly and makes sure all is well:-) You will not find a better property !

Very modern furnished apartment, with a lovely location.

Do not hesitate to go there! It is the perfect getaway! Everything is well thought, well decorated, we felt so quickly at home and at peace. There are some houses and neighbours around the house but you might only see them when you arrive and leave. The place is private and quiet. The view is exactly like the picture, we spent evenings looking at the sky, the birds, the rabbits and the cows. A great place 😊

Karin and Douwe are very accommodating hosts. They let us store our luggages in his home before and after checkin and checkout time. They are very responsive and always replied our messages immediately! The unit is in a quiet and convenient location, 10 minutes walk to the central station, about 30 minutes walk to museum district. The unit is very spacious too!

Karin was a great communicator all the way through our booking. Through no fault of our hosts, we were unable to make this vacation but wanted to leave a review on how well the communication worked and all the directions etc. I’m sure if we had been able to make it to Amsterdam the stay would have been lovely.

Kim is very responsive to any communications. Well equips home. Left some items by way of coffee etc to help when you first arrive.

We were traveling by bicycle and used Ben and Inge's accommodation for 3 nights. On the one hand, the proximity of Amsterdam (with a bus stop nearby and the train from Weesp... totally easy!) and the really beautiful small towns of Weesp, Muiden and Naarden. Inge brought us an incredibly great breakfast every morning on request. She is a great, very friendly host. Thank you so much for this great start to the day. We felt very comfortable with Ben and Inge and appreciated their hospitality very much. The small independent apartment is very quiet, very clean and cozy (as in the photos). Actually a real insider tip, ....psst, but don't tell anyone :-) Thank you, Inge and Ben for the great time! Thomas & Astrid

This is a lovely home in a quiet and stunning setting on the water. Great for families with kids. This is a great location to explore the lake from and has lots of amenities available for the guests to keep kids busy. Hosts were so friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. Highly recommend a stay here.

It was a lovely quiet stay in a very nice location.

The apartment is great, but the absolute highlight is the terrace on 3 sides of the house, right on the water. The large glass fronts in the living room give a view of the water, which makes the apartment special even in cool temperatures. The only downside is that you don't want to go on a trip, but just want to stay in the apartment.

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! It was spotlessly clean (not a speck of dust anywhere!), everything had been thought of (including a welcome bottle of bubbles!), it was spacious, and very convenient for public transport....oh, and stylishly decorated! Being close to the train station meant that we could easily get into central Amsterdam, as well as go on day trips to Rotterdam and Zaanse Schans during our stay. Our favourite day was renting bikes in Zaanse Schans for the day and enjoying cycling through the countryside. Very happily recommend this place to others looking for a base near Amsterdam.

We had a great stay at Michelle’s. She is a very friendly host and answers questions quickly. The place is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, and the commute to the city is easy.

We booked the house because it appealed to us from the reviews. Our expectations were far exceeded. We arrived in a house where we immediately felt at home. In the kitchen there is everything you need for daily use. Everything is very clean and tastefully decorated. Communication with Saskia was easy. We rented the house with a friendly couple and went home after a week very well recovered. We can recommend the house without hesitation. We would like to come back next fall. After a long day in Amsterdam, we enjoyed the tranquility in Broek in Waterland at Haico's. The house is cozy and has everything we needed: a comfortable bed, a clean shower and a well-equipped kitchen where we could prepare our breakfast and make small meals like pasta or sandwiches in the evening. The location is ideal to get to Amsterdam quickly, and the bus connection is very good.

We had the most wonderful stay. The Garage was perfect for what we needed. It was beautifully done, Sanny and Dennis had thought of everything. It had a lovely feeling to it, was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Check in was really easy. We used the bikes (thank you!) and the location was a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Alkmaar. We would not hesitate to return. Thank you for creating such a cool and beautiful space. Jessica and her partner were very proactive and we were greeted the minute we parked the car. They live right next door. The apartment was immaculate and the views are stunning. Also good recommendations for nearby restaurants. Thanks for the hospitality.

My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

What a fantastic apartment. The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the ferry terminal and then around 15 minute ferry journey to central Amsterdam. Monique was a really great host and communicative from the first time I booked the apartment right throughout our stay. I would highly recommend staying here. Frank is a warm host, who was very responsive and was waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment is as advertised- beautiful, spacious, central location with views of the Amstel River. It is a 3rd floor walk up. The stairs have to be approached slowly and carefully.

A fantastically memorable stay in Amsterdam; we were so lucky that Bart & Carole's place was available. Our family loved getting a taste of what life could have been like living in a famous Amsterdam canal house. An easy walk to the Anne Frank house, the Flower Market, the Albert Cuyp market, amazing restaurants...And our hosts were so kind; we had every amenity. And it was a luxury to sleep in a king-sized bed in the master! Perfect for our family of 4.

Had a brilliant stay. Anna was very friendly and responded very quickly to any queries we had. Check in and check out was smooth and easy and we were able to leave our bags. Lovely clean, spacious apartment. It was quiet and peaceful. We are a family with a baby under 1 year old and it suited our needs well.
