We had a great week at Anne's place! The cottage is very nice, spacious and nicely decorated. Exactly like the pictures. You have a fantastic view and you have a lot of privacy as a guest. The village of Ribes is beautiful and small, and the surroundings are also beautiful. The contact with Anne was very good. We would definitely like to come back!

Had a great stay. in a fantastically beautiful area. All beautiful villages, etc. can be reached within half an hour. The cottage is well equipped with everything. Beautiful view and the car was nice in the shade by the cottage. We had it very warm this week, around 35 degrees, and then the swimming pool is very pleasant. Nice sunbeds and a shower to rinse off after swimming. Owners are very friendly and when we left we even got a bottle of wine and a jar of honey somewhat thoughtful. We stayed with a group of three families in this accommodation and immediately felt on vacation. The house is beautifully located and stylishly furnished. The pool is wonderful and offers a lot of fun for all ages. The additional amenities and the ample space in the house leave nothing to be desired. We are very happy to have found this house and can very well imagine being a guest here again. A heartfelt thank you to the hosts!

Pascale is very considerate and available, very good advice on visits, nice places to see in the area and delicacies to taste. The studio is as described, very well decorated and comfortable, and one street away from the picturesque old town. It has a large sunny terrace overlooking a charming village church. Relaxing weekend with family with our two children and our dog, we had a wonderful time. Kristin is a great host, flexible, smiling and with good advice. The place was very peaceful, quiet. The kids loved the ping pong table and enjoyed meeting the donkeys. We did two beautiful hikes, it was very nice to discover the Ardèche in this way. Very clean and extremely well-equipped house. The view is just beautiful. Recommended+++

A small, very simple, well-appointed accommodation. For a few days, the advantage of the accommodation was that it kept cool and the sun didn't hit too much inside. All instructions are clear and accurate. A very attentive and welcoming host

Beautiful apartment in a quiet village like a museum. We were glad not to be accommodated in the bustling Vallon Pont d'arc. Bakery, great little grocery store and a nice restaurant within walking distance. Communication with Sandrine worked out excellently.

A very cozy place to stay. The yard and the barbecue and seating areas are wonderful. We had the yard all to ourselves and had so much privacy. Very nice and newly renovated bathroom with a separate toilet, great new kitchen. Comfortable beds and spacious. A great starting point for excursions in the area, great bike path and wonderful swimming opportunities in the rivers. We will be happy to come back again.

Claire and Dominique are very friendly people and attentive to their guests. quiet and relaxing accommodation with a large terrace with panoramic views. Everything is within walking distance of the accommodation in the center of Balazuc and the Ardèche river. we recommend Claire and Dominique's place 100% we had a great time.

We had a great stay. Impeccably clean accommodation, well-equipped, good location. The air conditioning was a real plus and Olivier left essentials (coffee, sugar, dishwashing liquid etc.) which is very convenient. I would this property.

We felt very comfortable in Simone's apartment. Upon arrival, we already had the first contact and instructions on how to get to the apartment. Once there, everything was very clean and tidy (so, everything as described). Simone and her husband live upstairs in the house and are very friendly and helpful. We got tips on what to do and discover in the region. Otherwise, you only see the two of them when they are taking care of their garden. When we arrived, a few bottles of water were already cold in the refrigerator, which made us very happy. Thanks also for the little Monélimar specialty. Next to the property is the sports field of a larger school; it did not bother us at all. Simone and her husband speak (what else) French; I can't say anything about another language now. We recommend the place at any time.

We miss the superlatives to talk about our stay at Aisha's!! - top cottage! (in total there are 3): great location (25 minutes from Valon Pont d 'Arc) quiet, functional, typical of the region and carefully decorated. The bedding is impeccable (including the sofa bed!). There is absolutely nothing missing in terms of amenities. The Air conditioning was very appreciated. The 3 cottages are very distinct from each other and perfectly harmonize around the common areas (gym, beautiful and large swimming pool very well maintained, summer kitchen etc.) and the estate is large enough for everyone to have their independence as they wish.... but we greatly appreciated the fact that we are not totally alone and isolated. We were able to have great encounters. And what about Aisha!!! She is amazing! caring, kind, caring for her vacationers while being very discreet. A Love!! Thank you bcp Aîcha

In the last year I had the chance to go to this place on each of my work trips (14 times to be specific), the hosts have always been very responsive, no accessibility issues. Regarding the accommodation, the setting is very pleasant, the apartment is made of good quality materials, the bed is comfortable and the bed linen is very soft which allows a comfortable stay. This is a home that I recommend to everyone for work stays like a short vacation. Thank you again for hosting us

A beautiful, quiet and lush place. The cottage is well-equipped, the courtyard is large enough, the pool is very popular. It is possible to eat outside at the foot of a beautiful chestnut tree and the river flows in a beautiful site within a few minutes' walk. Greta is very nice and attentive. I highly recommend it. 🙏
