Our concept for your vacation: do what you want, no constraints, no cleaning, no sheets to bring, no towels either, we take care of everything! The goal is for you to take your vacation at your own pace, active or relaxed

Large house in the heart of a 2-hectare park

We hope you will be seduced by the volumes and spaces of Domaine Pechuber. The house and its park call for good times shared with family or friends, and also allow you to isolate yourself and take time for yourself. A large inner courtyard, partly protected by a courtyard, is ideal for outdoor dining. The swimming pool and fenced park of more than 20,000m², composed of meadows and forests, are at the free (and unique) disposal of the occupants, large and small.

Comfortable villa L’Orchidée 

Recent villa with private heated pool on the heights of Rosières 5 minutes from shops (Intermarche with drive...). Possibility of walking from the house. This house is located in a quiet area not far from the river. You can discover our medieval villages such as Balazuc, Vogüé or Labeaume and visit the Chauvet cave in Vallon Pont d 'Arc, a Unesco heritage site. Guests can also stroll through our local markets, and at night in the summer.

L'Oustau di Boule – Old Renovated House

The house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the old village of Vogüé, ranked among the Most Beautiful Villages of France and Villages de Caratère, in Southern Ardèche. River, beach, restaurants and bars are 50 meters away. Less than a kilometer away you can benefit from many local shops (grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, nougaterie, fruits and vegetables, hairdresser, tobacco-press etc.).

At the "Mas des deux Aygues". Imagine... You wake up to the gentle sound of the Labeaume River, with its direct access and private beaches just at the foot of your accommodation. Choose the perfect place to fish or swim. A gentle and shallow slope for children or a deeper corner and a rock to jump for the more adventurous... Let yourself be tempted by the water temperature reaching 24°C to 28°C in summer.

Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.

Come and discover Ardèche by staying in our charming 75 m2 house, quietly located with a beautiful exterior, in the town of Rosières. The house is composed of a living room, two bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. A terrace with unobstructed views of the Ardèche hills and the beautiful garden of about 3,000 m², partially enclosed, all exposures and wooded.

Gite "La magnanerie"

Come and discover the Ardèche in a completely renovated 1739 magnanerie. Its location in the heart of the landscapes of Ardèche will allow you to discover many sports sites (canyonning, hiking, canoeing/kayaking...) and tourist sites, including the Pont d 'Arc Cave, located about twenty kilometers away, in Vallon Pont d' Arc...

My dad and I will welcome you in the heart of Balazuc (label "most beautiful villages of France"). Stone house for 4/5 people. Very nice large shaded terrace (pergola covered with virgin vines). Paved alley. We regularly review decor details.
