Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lathuile

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

Our group of seven, 2 couples, 2 teenagers and an 8 year old, spent a fabulous week in Lathuile. The house was really lovely and accurately depicted in the photos. Amélie and Gaylord were quick to respond to all our messages before our stay, and helped us out when we had a problem getting the cooker switched on when we arrived. Everything else went really smoothly and it was such a treat to have the pool which we made use of every day. Also great to have a separate en suite shower room to the main bedrooms. The location is quiet (with cows for neighbours) and unless you are a very keen hiker you'll definitely want a bike or car to get out and explore. The Lake and its surroundings are so beautiful and we could have watched the sunset on the mountains from the garden forever. All in all a great place to stay. Thank you Amélie and Gaylord.

Notre séjour chez Tiffanie et sa famille a été parfait ! Nous avons apprécie la localisation de la maison, située dans les hauteurs de Saint Jorioz qui est facilement accessible en voiture (10min). Annecy est à 35-40min selon le traffic. Petit tips : le GPS indique d'emprunter un chemin escarpé et interdit à la circulation juste avant l'arrivée à la maison, ignorez-le et continuez tout droit avant de tourner à droite à la prochaine intersection (beaucoup + praticable). Le logement est très fonctionnel et refait à neuf, le mobilier et la déco sont de qualité ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les 2 chambres très confortables (master bedroom et chambre enfant), ainsi que le jardin et la belle terrasse équipée. Merci à Tiffanie, Charlie et Malo pour leur accueil et bravo pour la magnifique maison qu'ils ont aménagée :)

We absolutely loved our stay. It was nice to be just out of Annecy and avoid the crowds but still easy to drive in when we wanted to. We made good use of the outdoor area, pool and bbq which were in great condition and easy to use. There are a couple of cute little restaurants nearby which was super helpful. Overall a beautiful place!

Séjour génial au 427, parfait pour profiter à deux. Le logement est impeccable, extrêmement propre, climatisé et il ne manque rien. On sent que le confort de leurs voyageurs est très important pour Elisabeth et son mari, et cela a été fortement apprécié! Que demander de mieux qu’une soirée apéro jacuzzi barbecue avec une belle vue sur les montagnes ? Merci à tous les deux !

Le logement de Fabienne est spacieux, très bien situé et au calme ! Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour ! Fabienne est une hôte très sympathique !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement très bien équipé et confortable dans un environnement superbe. Le bruit de l'eau, des oiseaux et des cloches des vaches et moutons rendent ce lieu apaisant. Notre chien a pu profité du petit jardin clos bien aménagé et fleuri. Bertrand et Anna sont des hôtes accueillants, et de bons conseils pour les chemins de rando ou lieux à visiter .

Excellente localisation pour profiter de cette magnifique région et de toutes les commodités (commerces et location de vélos à deux pas). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce beau logement, spacieux et particulièrement bien équipé. Sandrine est une personne charmante et disponible qui a pris le temps de nous accueillir et de nous donner des conseils pour notre séjour. Il y a tout le matériel bébé à disposition (lit, chaise haute, baignoire) ainsi que des livres et des jouets pour les enfants. Tout est pensé pour se sentir bien. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement au bord du lac d’Annecy. Le cadre est exceptionnel, la terrasse donnant presque directement sur le lac. L’intérieur de l’appartement est en excellent état et décoré de très bon goût. Christine fut réactive et très disponible à nos sollicitations, nous la remercions. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement ! Un grand merci !!!

Rien a redire ! Que ce soit sur le logement, le cadre... Le proprietaire nous a facilite notre arrivee. Pas de stress sur le timing a l arrivee, nous avons donc pu profiter pleinement de cette 1ere journee. Le logement propre avec un panorama exceptionnel ! Endroit au calme, loin de la foule du centre d Annecy. Reposant ! avec de multiples activités environnantes.. je recommande vivement... 😀

This lovely and comfortable apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The smallest details make your stay as nice as being in a fine hotel: comfortable beds, pillows, extra throw blankets, good quality linens and plush towels. Francois and Capucine are nearby when needed but always discreet and allowed us our privacy. If that is not enough the highlight is the breathtaking views from the deck. The photos do not due justice to the awesome majesty of the mountains. We had many outings planned but only did half of our plans as we only wanted to stay local and to enjoy the views right from the house and nearby Combloux. Combloux is a gem as is Megeve and the proximity to Chamonix makes the location ideal! We will go back with our children and grand children!

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt – dieses Airbnb hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur makellos sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch extrem gut ausgestattet. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wurde. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Sauna und der Jacuzzi – beides absolute Highlights, die unseren Aufenthalt noch entspannter und luxuriöser gemacht haben. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Auch die Lage war ideal – sehr ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten dennoch gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Ganz klare Empfehlung – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil avec Nydia. Elle est disponible si besoin. Nydia nous conseille sans problème. Son logement est très agréable et fidèle à l'annonce. La terrasse est très agréable. Il est possible d'aller à Annecy à pied, le long du lac la promenade est très agréable. Nous recommandons le logement de Nydia. Catherine et Philippe

nous avons passé un agréable séjour. stéphanie est une autre très réactive. elle a répondu à nos besoins à n'importe quel moment de la journée même soirée.. une hôte d'une rare réactivité pour que nous puissions profiter pleinement du séjour. le logement était impeccable. Je recommande fortement 😁

logement au rez-de-chaussée avec une belle terrasse à l'abri des regards. Le studio est confortable, la cuisine est pratique et bien équipé, même si je n'ai passé qu'une seule nuit. Centre ville accessible à pieds en 5min, restaurants, parc... hôte très agréable.

We had the most wonderful stay, Séverine was incredibly welcoming and even arranged for us to be picked up from the station! On arrival in the apartment we were given a detailed tour and they accompanied the welcome with a gift box which was very kind! The apartment itself is gorgeous and the additions of the tennis court and swimming pool included make it incredible value for money, not to mention the apartment being only a 20-30 minute walk from both the lake and the town! We cannot recommend enough!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait ! L’appartement était top : propre, joliment décoré et très confortable . On s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Un immense merci à Elise, la propriétaire, qui a été adorable du début à la fin. Elle est chaleureuse, accueillante, toujours disponible et pleine de bons conseils pour découvrir la région. Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Bonne continuation dans votre rôle de Super Hôte soucieux du bien être de ses voyageurs de passage. Françoise et Philippe

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little apartment. everything we needed was there, it was absolutely spotlessly clean and modern and very comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone to book this place 😊 its so lovely 😍 the garden is stunning and the hosts are very nice. perfectly situated to visit all the local areas have to offer. amazing!!!
