Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lathuile

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

Our group of seven, 2 couples, 2 teenagers and an 8 year old, spent a fabulous week in Lathuile. The house was really lovely and accurately depicted in the photos. Amélie and Gaylord were quick to respond to all our messages before our stay, and helped us out when we had a problem getting the cooker switched on when we arrived. Everything else went really smoothly and it was such a treat to have the pool which we made use of every day. Also great to have a separate en suite shower room to the main bedrooms. The location is quiet (with cows for neighbours) and unless you are a very keen hiker you'll definitely want a bike or car to get out and explore. The Lake and its surroundings are so beautiful and we could have watched the sunset on the mountains from the garden forever. All in all a great place to stay. Thank you Amélie and Gaylord.

Really nothing to say, very welcoming host, kind and who does not hesitate to share information to make the most of the city of Annecy, activities, restaurants...etc. The apartment was very clean, very quiet and we had everything we needed. Thank you and see you soon.

Our stay with Tiffanie and her family was perfect! We appreciated the location of the house, located in the heights of Saint Jorioz which is easily accessible by car (10min). Annecy is 35-40min depending on traffic. Quick tips: the GPS indicates to take a steep path and forbidden to traffic just before arriving at the house, ignore it and continue straight ahead before turning right at the next intersection (many + passable). The accommodation is very functional and refurbished, the furniture and decor are of quality! We particularly appreciated the 2 very comfortable bedrooms (master bedroom and children's room), as well as the garden and the beautiful equipped terrace. We absolutely loved our stay. It was nice to be just out of Annecy and avoid the crowds but still easy to drive in when we wanted to. We made good use of the outdoor area, pool and bbq which were in great condition and easy to use. There are a couple of cute little restaurants nearby which was super helpful. Overall a beautiful place!

Wow! What a beautiful place to stay. Elisabeth met us when we arrived and showed us around her stunning accommodation. The accommodation was tastefully decorated, with everything that we needed for our stay. The outside space gave wonderful views and was peaceful. The hot tub an added bonus. All in all, 10/10!

We had a great time at this very well-equipped and comfortable accommodation in a superb environment. The sound of water, birds and bells of cows and sheep make this place soothing. Our dog was able to enjoy the small, well-appointed and flowery enclosed garden. Bertrand and Anna are welcoming hosts, and good tips for hiking trails or places to visit.

Excellent location to enjoy this beautiful area and all amenities (shops and bike rental close by). We had a great time at this beautiful, spacious and particularly well-equipped accommodation. Sandrine is a charming and available person who took the time to welcome us and give us tips for our stay. There is all the baby equipment available (bed, high chair, bathtub) as well as books and toys for children. Everything is thought out to feel good. We'll be happy to go back!

Impeccable accommodation, functional, well-equipped, small terrace with great views of the mountains, 3 great restaurants right next door, paragliding takeoff spot nearby, sunset over Lake Annecy to fall to the ground, we only met nice and caring people including our hosts. We had a great time in this apartment by Lake Annecy. The setting is exceptional, the terrace almost directly overlooking the lake. The interior of the apartment is in excellent condition and tastefully decorated. Christine was responsive and very available to our requests, we thank her. We would highly recommend this apartment! This apartment is very beautiful and relaxing. It has such a stunning view of the lake. The apartment is spacious and well laid out. We were very pleased staying here.

This lovely and comfortable apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The smallest details make your stay as nice as being in a fine hotel: comfortable beds, pillows, extra throw blankets, good quality linens and plush towels. Francois and Capucine are nearby when needed but always discreet and allowed us our privacy. If that is not enough the highlight is the breathtaking views from the deck. The photos do not due justice to the awesome majesty of the mountains. We had many outings planned but only did half of our plans as we only wanted to stay local and to enjoy the views right from the house and nearby Combloux. Combloux is a gem as is Megeve and the proximity to Chamonix makes the location ideal! We will go back with our children and grand children!

Our stay was just perfect – this Airbnb exceeded all our expectations! The place was not only spotlessly clean and stylishly furnished, but also extremely well equipped. You can tell that we worked here with a lot of love for detail. Particularly noteworthy are the sauna and the Jacuzzi – both absolute highlights that made our stay even more relaxing and luxurious. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and available at all times. The location was also ideal – very quiet and perfect for relaxing, yet shopping is easily accessible. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment and would have liked to have stayed longer. Very clear recommendation – we will definitely be back!

ground floor accommodation with a beautiful terrace out of sight. The studio is comfortable, the kitchen is practical and well-equipped, even if I only spent one night. Downtown within walking distance of 5 min, restaurants, park... very nice host.

We had the most wonderful stay, Séverine was incredibly welcoming and even arranged for us to be picked up from the station! On arrival in the apartment we were given a detailed tour and they accompanied the welcome with a gift box which was very kind! The apartment itself is gorgeous and the additions of the tennis court and swimming pool included make it incredible value for money, not to mention the apartment being only a 20-30 minute walk from both the lake and the town! We cannot recommend enough!

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.
