Very comfortable stay with a superb host, Eddy, who welcome us at the apartment, was flexible with check in time and very responsive with our questions on recommendations. Apartment is big enough for 4 people with ample private spaces . Definitely recommend this accommodation.

What a beautiful location in Florence. A wonderful location right next to ponte vecchio. The balcony overlooking the Arno was wonderful. Cristiana was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was very clean and perfect for our stay. Having a washer/dryer combo was also very nice. We’d highly recommend and look forward to returning!

Perfect AirBnb! Stay here if you can! Beautifully Renovated, Modern appliances, AC worked great, Spotless, looked brand new. Great location in very busy area but peaceful and quiet in your penthouse apartment. Very spacious rooms and the patios and spiral staircase to additional viewing area were fantastic. Something maybe small to some people but very important to us was how the apartment was stocked with Water bottles, paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, plenty of extra towels. We stayed at two other AirBnbs and they were not even close to be as well stocked. Also very important is there is a great market on the ground floor of the apartment building to get food, wine or what ever else you need. Alessandro and Pasquale were the perfect hosts. Great communication. Pasquale met us upon our arrival and gave us very useful information for our trip. Great restaurant recommendations that we used. Thank you Alessandro and Pasquale for a perfect Florence experience!

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs to date! A luxury, two level apartment, with a terrace view that has no rival! It has all the amenities that I look for…elevator, hot shower, functioning air conditioners, top floor with view, clean, quiet, a great interior design. Located in a great neighborhood near wonderful restaurants and walkable to attractions. Good communication with host and associates. I would definitely recommend this rental, and would stay here again!

If you are someone who values cleanliness, this is the place for you! This lovely unit is impeccably clean, stocked with quality amenities, offers a comfy bed, relaxing shower and is peaceful and quiet. It truly feels like a home away from home after long days touring the beautiful city of Florence. It is located near numerous restaurants, shops, stunning parks and is a quick walk to all the places we came to see. Upon arrival, we were met by Laura and Paolo, who carried our bags up and took just the right amount of time to explain the ins and outs of the unit and neighborhood to us. They even presented us with a bottle of local red wine! Staying here was a highlight and our only wish during our stay was that it could be longer! Thank you, Laura and Paolo.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable,exactly as described in the listing. Nenad was friendly, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re coming by car, there’s free parking available, which was a huge bonus. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk to the nearest tram station, making it easy to get around the city.

Nicolette’s apartment is in a beautiful, historic building and across the street from a Michelin restaurant and bakery that truly added to the accommodations. The apartment is sophisticated with luxury design, blending modern with the architectural style. We have stayed in several Airbnb’s across Europe this trip and this was by far the cleanest and most organized, including a prepared book of recommendations for restaurants, etc. The bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable as were the bathrooms. Gisella was proactive and quickly responsive at all times. Definitely a 5-star experience.

Super stay at eugineos apartment ! Everything is well laid out .. great location in Florence overlooking the river. Superb ! Thanks to Eugenio for the goodies and the bottle of wine. Look forward to next stay Can’t fault anything.

Non posso fare altro spendere buone parole per questa esperienza fantastica e complimentarmi con Riccardo per la gestione che riserva ai suoi clienti che tratta come fossero amici di vecchia data. Tutto perfetto..posizione ottimale a 10 minuti da Greve in Chianti,e circondato da aziende agricole e vigneti,ottima pulizia e alloggio molto molto particolare e curato nel dettaglio,sia all'interno che all'esterno dove si ha a disposizione il parcheggio coperto per la macchina e un grandissimo giardino che offre una visuale mozzafiato e panoramica sulla vallata. Riccardo disponibilissimo a chiarire ogni aspetto non solo riguardo la sua struttura ma anche di tutto ciò che lo circonda,pronto a consigliarvi e a darvi spiegazioni e indicazionii di ogni genere per rendere ottimale il vostro soggiorno. Quando tornerò da quelle parti passerò sicuramente a trovarlo.

Amazing villa, don’t hesitate to book it! It is a luxury property with lots of modern features, in the perfect location, peaceful and quiet with stunning countryside views but only 20 mins walk to Florence city. Karin the host is very helpful and friendly and she has thought of everything to make it a special stay for guests. 100% recommend and would love to visit again!

Everything was absolutely perfect! ⭐️ Location: Ideal base for exploring Tuscany — you’re right in the heart of it all. Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

This was a lovely, centrally located and spacious apartment. Lots of stairs but there is also a small elevator - you can take multiple trips up with luggage. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The outdoor terrace was beautiful with flowers and a stunning view of the duomo. 2 bathrooms with one smaller than the other - typical euro bathrooms and they were clean. The a/c worked well. Walkable to everything. My only comment - which is not about the apartment itself - is that the area immediately surrounding the duomo wasn’t as pretty as I thought it would be. Duomo was gorgeous, but the immediate area felt surrounded with some shady characters. Next time we might try to stay near the piazza Santa trinita which felt more upscale. Carlotta is a great host and communicated clearly and frequently with local recommendations. I’d recommend this rental.

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

Great location, very clean and quiet.

Simply the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. Giampaolo is the best host. He has anticipated traveler’s every need with a well stocked home away from home. He provided valuable advice on area restaurants, bars, museums, etc. And the location is amazing! Everything is within walking distance and being able to open the windows and hear the sounds of this vibrant city was wonderful. Thank you Giampaolo for a terrific stay! We hope to be back soon!

This was without a doubt one of the best AirBnBs I have stayed in. Not just a place to stay, but a piece of Florentine history. Palazzo Caccini hosted the Emperor of Byzantium in 1439, and the wedding of Francesco de Medici in 1565. Frescoes on the bedroom ceiling were painted by Bernardino Poccetti in the late 16th century. Where else do you get that?? Gian Lorenzo was an excellent, resounding host. One small point - the bedroom is close to the main road so there is a bit of noise. This was fine for me, but if you’re a light sleeper maybe bring ear plugs. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Barbara’s place in Florence was our favorite during our trip through Italy. Great location, easy to walk to every place on our itinerary, and a perfect fit for me, my wife, and our two teenage daughters. We highly recommend!

Giulio, was extremely helpful the entire process, the apartment is immaculate, large space, plenty of room and just steps from the biggest attractions in Florence. I look forward to going back again as soon as possible, and would highly recommend it.

Brilliant Airbnb in Greve.. location superb overlooking the square. The apartment is spacious and felt like home. Wonderful restaurants to walk to and a great bakery opposite for morning coffee and pastries. Easy to park the car just a few minutes walk away. Lovely villages to explore nearby and picture perfect everywhere you look. If you come to Greve book here, relax and soak up the Italian atmosphere. Cora is a fantastic host who regularly communicates to make sure you have everything you need. 10/10 ❤️

We enjoyed the stay at Claudio’s place , the apartment is conveniently located . Claudio was waiting for us at the apartment to greet us and to shows the functionality of all amenities , we found the apartment nicely decorated and squeakily clean . We highly recommend this place for a family of 3 or 4 traveling to Florence . We will be back .

Wonderful location. Very quiet. We had a great visit to Florence!

I will cone back again as soon as possible!! Tatiana was fantastic, allowed us to check in early, and check out a little late. Her place was spotless and she thought of everything to make it comfortable, from extra blankets, tea and water, cushions for the terrace chairs. We had picnic lunches up there, easy to prep in her very well- stocked kitchen. Convenient to walk everywhere we wanted to go. She made excellent suggestions when I had specific shopping goals. I’d give 10 stars if I could!!
