Vacation rentals with a patio in Lastra a Signa

We had a wonderful stay at Daniele's and truly appreciated our host Teona who gave wonderful recommendations. The apartment is within walking distance of many restaurants/cafes in a local neighborhood, but if you are looking for the tourists areas, the walk is 20-30 mins. Lovely area.

The apartment is located near the Cascine, a 5-minute walk from the Tramway to the Center. It is small but has everything to feel good and the location is ideal for visiting Florence. For us, it was also perfect for the Concert at the Visarno Arena, which is within walking distance. The check-in was uncomplicated and Marta was very helpful in letting us do the late check-out, we appreciated not having to leave the apartment immediately at 11:00 a.m. but in the afternoon... thus avoiding being in the city in the heat since our bus left in the evening. We'll be back!

David’s place was very nice and clean. It’s in a great location for walk ability to all the major attractions and “hot” spots. Also very close to the train station which is a very big plus if you are traveling by train. We had a slight hiccup with the AC but David was very responsive and had the issue fixed super fast! He was also very quick to respond if I had concerns or questions! Would stay again!

Short walk to the city center, but still private and quiet. The balcony is such a selling point of this place. My partner and I wish we could have stayed for a week or more, we felt so at home. We hope to come back next year!

The accomodation is well maintained, clean and everything was according to the advertisement. A perfect location to explore Florence. However the environment and the apartment itself is very noisy due to thin walls and loud neighbours.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Unbelievable views from out deck where you could see the rolling hills all the way to Florence. Super clean throughout, but you'll hardly spend anytime inside with the pool and surrounding wineries. We had a wedding down the road that this location was perfect for, and it only took us about 20 minutes to drive into Florence. Would give it 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend--their team is super responsive and gave great recommendations. Will be staying there again!

From the moment we were greeted by Isabella, Massimo and their son, to the moment we said goodbye we felt right at home. The house is well located. It was nice to leave the hustle of the old city and retreat to the expansive peaceful terrace of the house for an “aperitivo” before dinner. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after long days of touring. One of our favorite things was collecting water from the town spring, which was just a few doors away.

A quiet, impeccably furnished heaven. Every need provided for, slept tremendously in the quiet, loved the tiny village two shops and the backyard an oasis from a busy life. Thank you Leonardo. We cannot wait to return.

Incredible townhouse located just a few kilometers from the busy city center. It was nice to be able to sit out and relax in the private courtyard. The large kitchen was fully equipped and there were even coffee pods and small cakes available on the counter. Tom's communication was detailed and very responsive. Daniela's place in Florence was the perfect balance of a quiet neighborhood and being close to the city center. The apartment was comfortable and clean and was only a 2-3min walk to the tram that takes you right to the city center of Florence where all the iconic sights and food can be reached. The apartment also had had all the necessary amenities for a few nights stay. The laundry machine and drying rack were easily available and were a much appreciated amenity. There was also a lockable, enclosed one car garage reserved for the apartment that we left our car in during our stay. The neighborhood also felt very safe and quiet even at night. Daniela was a great host who was very responsive and friendly and helpful with everything we needed. If you find yourself looking for a place outside the busy city center to stay while in Florence I highly recommend Danielas place!

We cannot speak highly enough of Fabrizio’s accommodations. We made a last-minute booking after deciding to spend a few days in Florence during our journey to Rome.
