We had an incredible stay at Luis’s studio apartment at the MGM Signature (Tower One). From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The unit was absolutely spotless—clearly well cared for—and it immediately felt like a home away from home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and two guests from our party stayed on the sofa bed, which they also found very cozy and supportive. It's rare to find a place where every sleeping arrangement is equally comfortable, but this one nailed it. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the Strip but still quiet enough to relax and unwind when needed. Luis was outstanding as a host: communicative, responsive, and attentive to every question and request, no matter how small. I wouldn’t recommend staying anywhere else on the Strip. If you're looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a host who truly cares, this is the place. I’m definitely coming back! Thanks Luis!

Nice Sphere view from the unit. Jessica is so accommodating, gave me a room with wonderful view. It’s quiet and peaceful. By the way, the people working at the lobby are friendly and helpful. We have an enjoyable stay.

Nice view; however, not on the strip. Place is great for couples. Nice and clean.

Christopher’s suite was perfect. The entire Strip view can be seen right from the room. The suite was clean and well-organized. Valet service was free and the staff were helpful. The hotel quickly provided kitchen items like cutlery, plates, etc. We were very pleased with our stay.

Great place, great location, amazing experience

Jenny's place was perfect for our stay in Las Vegas. it was quite but close enough to Red Rocks and also the strip. We walked to the strip-it was about 25 minutes. I would definitely recommend Jenny's place to anyone visiting the area.

JD’s place was just as described. Saw a review saying the bathrooms were “run down” which is very untrue. Everything is in great condition and the view is spectacular! Right next to the Palm Tree Beach Club and the MGM Casino which was super convenient. Had a blast and will be booking with JD on my next trip to Vegas!

Zoe is an excellent host and so helpful! Her place is in a beautiful spot and has a wonderful view. We loved the clean rooms and having lots of space

Joe and Jean were great hosts and extremely responsive and accommodating. Their place was a gem in the desert. The condo was immaculate and stocked with whatever you’d need. Walking distance to great restaurants and the village market. Saturday night had music on the water which was nice to listen to from the balcony, and once we were ready for bed, it was very quiet and peaceful when we shut the doors. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again. Thanks Joe and Jean!

Place was really cool, the free valet was a bonus and for some reason I like where the Trump tower is located on the end of the strip near the wind and encore. Beautiful view, the staff was great. I love the price, I would definitely go back again.

Great place, close to many great spots

This was my 2nd stay at the Palms but my first booking with Melissa! The place was beautiful, comfy, with beautiful views. I didn’t have to reach out to my host during the stay, but she was quick to respond when I had any questions before check in. I plan to book again

Enjoyed beautiful Lake Las Vegas and the surrounding restaurants and shops. The pool was also great to unwind and relax. If you plan to visit the strip, expect between a 30-40 min drive.

We had a spectacular stay! The shuttle service to the strip and grocery store was a wonderful amenity! The unit was perfect for our crew. Laura was spectacular to work with!! We will absolutely reach out for our next trips.

This is a second time staying at BKs place! Absolutely beautiful place and very helpful host when it comes to anything you need. Lovely condo that’s clean and has many things if you want to cook yourself. Will be back again in the future!

Very happy we booked this. Fantastic view, check-in like any good hotel, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Only little minus was the condition of the pans and pots. They were so scratched and burnt that we could not use them for breakfast. With that said, would stay here again in a heartbeat. Can't emphasize enough how great the view is. Well worth the stay.

Had the right amount of space for 7 people and great views of Vegas and the strip. Since the condo is at the end of the hallway it felt quieter than if we had neighboring rooms on both sides. All my messages were responded to quickly, and there were no issues with check in or check out. Recommending this stay!

This my first stay at the signature and also my first time booking with Las Vegas condo rentals. I’d give both a 10 out of 10. The signature is great. Huge rooms, huge bathrooms with soaking tubs, amazing location and out of the actual bustle that is the mgm grand. Got a note from the host checking in daily with needs and tips. You can use the amenities at mgm including the pool. Each signature has its own tower pool as well. Overall great place. I’ll be back

This unit was a nice and convenient location right off the strip - far enough that you can enjoy peace and quiet, but close enough that you can take a short car ride to the hustle and bustle. It was stocked with all essentials, which made our 5-day stay incredibly smooth. The only thing to note is that the bathtub creaks a lot when showering, and you can sometimes hear the upstairs’ neighbors’ footsteps. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.
