Condo vacation rentals in Clark County

This is a great location, we attended a show at the Sphere and it is right next door. Easy walk. Very comfortable (especially the beds), clean and has everything you need. We had a balcony with a view of the Sphere, which is like watching fireworks. We had a rental car, very easy in and out and all kinds of great restaurants. Plenty of parking. Dennis and Cindy were great, good communication and easy directions. We got into town early and got early check in (couple hours early), also got an hour later check out. Great place, would stay here next time.

Randal did a great job giving us instructions on how to get into the condo and he responded very quickly! The room was spacious and very clean besides some small things! Would recommend!!

This condo was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable and had a beautiful view of the first hole of the Wolf Creek golf course. We had everything we needed. 3 bathrooms were great. Beds were comfy and there wee plenty of towels and linens.

Space was clean, nice layout and great place to stay just off the strip. Perfect place to stay for shows at Sphere. 10 min walk. Will come back!

This place was absolutely beautiful! It’s clear that they’ve taken the time to make upgrades based on past feedback, and the improvements really show. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around. Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere was so peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent place to stay to avoid the intensity of the strip and yet it's a short drive to all and very convenient. Quiet accomodations and a lovely place to stay!

From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the sense of privacy the space offered. The property was tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, allowing for a serene retreat. This was a key aspect of my stay, as I was looking for a getaway to unwind and recharge, and this place provided just that. One of the standout features of this Airbnb is the ease of access. We had a great stay at Julian's place! He is an amazing host, very responsive, caring, and attentive. You are about 10-minutes drive from everything Las Vegas has to offer, tons of restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and anything within reach. The place itself was excellent, a quiet area, and extremely comfortable beds! We couldn't be happier with our rental, and we thank Julian so much for his hospitality! Highly recommend!

I would give this accommodation 4.5 ⭐️. The property was exactly as described, and Qiu was very kind and helpful. Before our arrival, we received very clear and detailed instructions from her, and she even mentioned where the nearest grocery store was! This was really helpful for us when we had just arrived. The property felt safe to us as it is monitored 24/7. One of the security guards took pictures outside and told us he was just ensuring our safety (I think he was making sure no one who shouldn’t be outside was around), which made us feel secure. The bed was comfortable, and the area was quiet. I’m deducting 0.5 ⭐️ because the neighbor upstairs walked very loudly, which caused us to wake up a few times at night, but I know Qiu can’t control this. Overall, this was a fantastic place for our Las Vegas trip, and we would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for 5 nights. It was clean, well kept, and quiet. We love the amenities in the room and also in the tower itself. We also enjoyed how easy it was to get to MGM Grand as we were there every day for a conference. The hotel staff was attentive, and the valet was great. Highly recommend and we hope to stay here again soon. Thank you.

The unit was as explained very accurately. We had an enjoyable long stay! Only one issue came up and the response time of the owners was outstanding! I would highly recommend this unit with these owners managing.

Zoe was great with everything and her place was amazing. The views were incredible, we could have sat on the balcony all day/night and enjoyed the views. The bugs/gnats/mosquitos were terrible on the balcony in the morning, but got better later on. Pool area was fabulous, hot tub didn't get hot while we were there but they were working on it. place was very roomy and quiet. Check-out was a breeze! Red Rock Canyon hikes were amazing, about a 30 min walk. The ice cream shop across the lake was yummy (walk over there for a variety of restaurants). Walk towards the roundabout (left outside of condo area) across the street there is a tarred sidewalk walking trail that follows the river.

We have been to Vegas several times and for us it is very important to have good breakfast near by and that we can reach the strip by foot. Both are perfect from Sandra‘s place. You can reach the strip in 30 minutes by foot. The apartment is lovely and in a quiet guarded community. There are a lot of free parking spaces around each house. We will book again next year. The place was amazing! Very quiet, private, peaceful and clean. Anything that you needed was provided at the home and was very relaxing and homie. Enjoyed the time with my family here and Michele was always there if anything was needed, great host!
