We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days, and it was perfect for our family of three. The suite was spacious and comfortable, and the balcony view was absolutely stunning. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the MGM pool complex via an indoor walkway, which was super convenient. The tower we stayed in also had its own pool and hot tub, both of which were the perfect size and temperature for relaxing. The location couldn’t be better—just minutes from the Strip but still peaceful and quiet. Overall, everything was fantastic. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Vegas! Off strip with a beautiful view, but close enough to enjoy everything. Abe was responsive and made sure we had the balcony opened for our stay. The place was clean and exactly as described. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Luk's place! We were able to walk to The Sphere for both of the shows that we saw there (we felt totally safe). And we enjoyed watching the various displays of The Sphere from the parking lot. The location is close to all of the best spots on the strip! In between outings it was a great place to hang out and play cards with our friends, pour some pre-dinner cocktails and make our own breakfast (to save some money). While we had neighbors above us, and next door to us, we hardly ever heard them. The staff and grounds crew were all very friendly. The room had plenty of supplies to cook a basic breakfast and make coffee, and the little store had all of the food items we needed. Overall, we are so happy we found this place and selected it instead one of the strip/casino hotels we were initially looking at. After seeing some of the poor reviews and how much people spent on them, this was by far a much better option! We will definitely stay here again!!!

I have been to Las Vegas 6 times always at casinos / hotel , will never stay anywhere again but at Barbara’s Condo!! And so should you!! It was my 1st AirbnB experience in Vegas and I brought a client / friend so I really was hoping for the Best, and both of us are VERY HAPPY ! The location is fabulous in the middle of the Strip we walked , and were so close to the Bus stop as well to go Downtown Las Vegas ($8 / Day pass !! ) The Bed is sooo comfortable and the unit is on the quiet side of the bldg ! Extremely clean inside and the Amenities are wonderful too. BARBARA is a superb host and I wish to Thank her for a wonderful VEGAS VACATION !! Veronique, Florida

Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) were very comfortable here! The private entryway linking the 2 studios is perfect to park/charge a mobility scooter: secure and out of our way. Easy walk to the strip via Harmon Ave, indoor access to MGM is great. Minor wear and tear, but nothing more than in any hotel room on the strip — not an issue. Beds are super comfortable, bathrooms spacious, and the kitchenette had everything we needed to make eggs and toast in the mornings. Wish I’d known you can’t use onsite laundry unless you stay 7+ nights. And there’s no “official” place to empty trash. Host instructions say to leave it by the elevator but, while you CAN, it doesn’t seem like you really SHOULD… Tower 3 was quiet & peaceful. We found a nice outdoor spot (with a fire!) for evening games & snacks. Scooter: ONLY Scooterbug can leave rentals at bell stand, and they don’t have collapsible models. We used cloudofgoods to get what we needed, but had to meet in the lobby to get & return

Everything was great! Communication with Eddie was prompt and thorough. The unit was exactly what I needed. It was in the perfect location, clean, and had all of the amenities I was looking for. It was also very well-priced. If you need a place to stay in Vegas, look no further!

Nice place and very close to the strip! The bed was a lot more comfortable than some of the other reviews, and it wasn’t loud like some of the other reviews said. It was not very clean when we arrived. The rug was not vacuumed at all and the sheet was stained yellow so I asked for new sheets. Shower was really nice. The pool and roof were closed and so I think that’s why they didn’t charge us the resort fees. I do think it is overpriced for what it is, but it’s in Vegas and so reasonable when compared to other local places.

This is a great location right off the Strip. Its actually a one bedroom and a separate studio that is connected. The one bedroom has a kitchen. Kitchen had everything (plates, cups, glassware, silverware, pots, pans). Bathroom was clean and functional. Would definitely reccommend this place!

Great location for walking to the strip and Sphere. Clean unit , we did not use any amenities as our goal was not to spend time at the resort. Would stay in location again.
