I always stay at The Signature when I’m in Vegas. The location is perfect, and having access to the MGM Pool Complex is definitely a perk. Overall, Joe’s unit was awesome, and I would definitely stay here again in the future. Here’s some of the pros and cons, compared to other units I’ve been in. PRO The kitchen is VERY well stocked. I went shopping before I got to the unit, and definitely bought stuff I didn’t need. Lots of towels, linens, extra blankets and pillows. We had 3 people in the room and it was super comfy. It’s very much accessible, if you have mobility needs and/or need extra support in the shower. The less than awesome stuff: There’s no door to the master bathroom. (Toilet is in a separate room.) Fine if you don’t mind being seen in the shower, not ideal when with friends. The showers were a little smaller than the other units I’ve been in. The jacuzzi tub was a standard 1 person tub, not the oversized ones I’m used to. But overall AWESOME place. Def recommend!

Pedro’s guest suite was perfect for my trip, my favorite was the shower!!! Everything was extremely clean and looked better in person! Pedro was very active with communication and checked in daily🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 highly recommend to stay don’t hesitate! Another plus was it was Close to strip and easy parking.

Melanie is an excellent host! The place was beautifully decorated and clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. The backyard has lots of cozy places to sit and relax in the shade or sunshine, and the pool is sparkling clean with a picturesque waterfall and palm trees surrounding. I would 100% recommend staying here on your next visit to Vegas!

Beautiful home! We were greeted upon arrival and shown to our room, as well as offered water and refreshments! The hosts are absolutely wonderful with amazing hospitality! The room and restroom were spotless and overall very comfortable, I slept like a baby lol. Thank you so much again for having us! :)

Esti’s house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Me and my friends absolutely loved this house and wished we could have stayed longer. Esti responded immediately to all of my messages and gave very clear checkin and checkout instructions. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Greg’s place was very clean, fancy, just as describe on the listing. He was a great host great communicator very detailed with instructions. I loved that he was always available via txt msg. He also allowed us to stay an hr extra bc our flight got delayed. I would definitely book again and well recommended. Top 10 places I’ve stayed in Vegas.

This was the first time that we stayed in Airbnb and have to say Cindy and Keith (and Kash) are AWESOME hosts! Since day 1 they make you feel at home and as my sister and I said, they were like our adoptive parents for a weekend :) House was always clean, the room was great, clean and had everything to make us feel like home and comfortable. Shared areas were also clean and had everything, also bathroom was always clean. They also helped me out with WiFi because of my work (I really appreciate it) and even Cindy drove my sister and I off to the sphere. We highly recommend to stay with Keith and Cindy if you have the opportunity, we will when we come back to Las Vegas. Miss you guys already, and give Kash a hug from our part. Thank you for everything!!! hope to see you again

It was a great stay. The home washer and dryer was a must. It was very spacious and I love the dishwasher. I was actually looking to purchase a vacation home and the neighborhood and a few other communities in the area is a great area. It’s peaceful, minutes from grocery stores, shopping and attractions. I like that it is a kid friendly community with a nearby park.
