We were very comfortable because the layout of the house is perfect. Too bad we went in winter and couldn't enjoy the pool. Very good communication with the contact we had. Very good value for money. 100% recommended

The house was amazing: very clean, perfectly equipped, with a superb swimming pool. Located in a quiet and safe residential area, it is ideal for relaxing. Perfect location, just a 15-minute drive to Torrevieja, 30 minutes to Alicante and 1 hour to Benidorm. Also very convenient: a supermarket 1 minute walk from the house. We had an exceptional stay. A big thank you to Lorena for her warm welcome and quick and efficient communication. I recommend it without hesitating!

Fantastic villa. Has everything you need. Pool brilliant. Paid extra to have it heated but well worth it as it was the end of may. Always quick response if you contacted them. The description and pictures match the villa. Quiet, safe area our second time in that street. Not much in walking distance so need a car. Cafe and supermarket a couple of min drive. Would book again.

The stay was very pleasant. The house was fully equipped and very clean. We enjoyed the pool a lot because the trip was family with different ages and needs and it covered all of them. The house is very spacious, the rooms too, with large closets. It's a residential area where you have to take the car for everything, but in our case, we were going to rest and enjoy the house, so it wasn't a problem. Communication with the host has been very quick and smooth. We'll be back for sure. Thanks again

Lovely villa just what we were looking for, would have been nice if there had been a couple of more nice restaurants near by but all and all we had a nice peaceful holiday

To say that communication was very good from the first moment. We had an event and needed a flexible check out time and didn't have any issues. The house is in a quiet area, takes care of every detail, like at home. We went with a pet and the place has plenty of space for her and well-conditioned in every aspect. The access to the house was autonomous and his instructions were perfect. Recommendation to find exact location, if you direct you to an area where there is a bar, go back or progress according to where you arrive until you pass a small bridge that crosses the river...since from what they told us they have changed the numbering and the google maps sometimes sends you about 100m. Hosts were very helpful and flexible, always responsive and friendly. The villa was very clean and very quiet! Also walking distance to the supermarket and the town. We had a great stay and would recommend!

This place was amazing. The views were to die for. We ate every meal on the terrace. The street is a photographer’s dream. Everything in the home was well appointed. Great place!

This townhouse is perfect. Everything you could need in a house was included and really well labelled with instructions and info. Spotlessly clean with really thoughtful additions to make our stay very welcoming. A lot of care and attention has gone into hosting guests here. Sam was easy to reach and very prompt to rely. The apartment is a dream, just like the photos. The kitchen is well equipped for those of us who like to cook. The parking is very comfortable, it is not roofed, but an SUV can enter without problems. The WiFi speed ranges from 200 to 400 Mbps, ideal for those who work remotely. The sunsets, as it says in the descriptions: the best in Spain.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

Brilliant house with the most perfect, heated pool that we struggled to get out of! The house had so many useful amenities and communication with Florence and check in with her agent Kevin was seamless. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house!

Very nice and quiet place, super clean, in untouched nature. Perfect starting point for hiking, mountain biking and relaxing. Miguel and his wife welcomed us very warmly and were always available for us. The restaurant is beautifully traditional with very tasty food. We will definitely be happy to come back!

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. We had a fantastic stay at this modern, well-equipped property. Everything you could possibly need was provided, and the place was spotless and stylish. The pool was a real highlight — clean, inviting, and perfect for soaking up the brilliant weather. Roldán itself is quiet, without a huge amount to do, but that’s part of its charm. It’s the ideal spot if you’re looking to relax and unwind. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and came away feeling totally refreshed. Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful, everything is very clean and very well kept. His parents were at our disposal at all times, respecting our privacy and at the same time, making sure we didn't miss anything. A spectacular house, with wonderful people. They took care of details such as: coffee maker with capsules, bottles of water, bed and feeder for our pet.... We will definitely repeat. Thank you 😊

What an amazing weekend we had at Nuria’s place. From the minute we arrived she was attentive and helpful with all our requests and needs. The house itself is beautiful. We were a group of 10 adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of space for us all, enough amenities for a family of 20+ and a choice of 3 different eating areas big enough for us all. The photos of the grounds don’t do it justice. The areas with the pool and football pitch are not only perfect for family’s and young children but also enclosed so we felt safe with the children for the whole trip. Would highly recommend this villa a family holiday, it had everything we needed and more. Looking forward to our next trip to Mula to call this villa our home from home.

Marta was very attentive. The area is super quiet but at the same time very close to downtown. The house has everything you need to spend a few days with friends or as a couple, as well as being very spacious.
