The place is nice and clean, and very well maintained. Ms. Benny, the host, was incredibly accommodating and responsive, even while being overseas. We did encounter some issues during check-in, but she was proactive and quick to resolve everything, which was very impressive. It’s no surprise she’s already a Superhost! Hopefully, they’ll continue to maintain the cleanliness and perhaps add some fresheners to make the space feel even more homey. We’ll definitely book her place again soon. Thanks Ms Benny! 🙂

I had an amazing stay. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

I have never seen a place that is so complete during my whole 7 years with Airbnb. It's a 2 story 🏘 house with 2 bedrooms and it it even has a covered garage. Once you step inside practically everything is there no need to go to the store or bring things. Just bring yourself and that is it. Highly Recommended .

Had a great stay here!! Host treated me very well and upgraded the internet just for my work stay. Was really grateful for this. The building has beautiful lights and pool area. You have to pay for the pool unless you stay a month. However, the place was right next to the SM mall u could walk to get groceries and whatever u needed!! Homey feeling:)

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

We specifically needed something near the airport to avoid traffic since I had to drop off my partner…super convenient! Plus, it was pet-friendly, so our furbabies were comfy and happy too. The space felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was provided. The only issue we had were the noises coming from the neighbors at night.

The place was good, me and friends stayed there and we didn't get bored because there were lots of indoor games to play. The host was also very responsive and was ready to help at all times. Place was convenient as there is a mini public market, 7/11, and eateries nearby. Overall a great experience and we had a lot of fun.

We loved Adam's place! His communication was proactive. He always let us know what to expect. I loved the welcome we had - he had a clearbook about everything in the place as well as what to expect, what do to and local recommendations. We truly felt at home. The place has everything we need. We truly appreciate the kitchen because my daughter has special diet. Robert provided fresh towels, shampoo, body wash, dishwashing liquid and tissue. The place has everything we could ask for. Plus the neighborhood is safe and walkable. All kinds of establishments are here.

The unit was beautifully designed in every corner—definitely felt like a true penthouse! It would have been even better with an aircon in the living room since there’s only one in the bedroom. Having utensils and drinking water available would also make it feel more like home. Other than that, no complaints! The lobby receptionists were friendly, the host was easy to communicate with, and the building has great amenities like a gym, salon, and convenience store right in the lobby.

You don't have to worry about the time. Will definitely book again!

The unit is clean & comparing to another unit my friend was occupying mine has a lot of amenities compared to hers. Tina responds right away to my text. I will definitely recommend this unit & if ever go back I will rent the same place.

I was early for my checkin but the staff let me drop off my luggage while I explored the surrounding area. Very friendly people and very responsive when I had questions.

This was our second stay at the Rose studio. It is such a wonderful little place in BF that has everything you could ask for. Even though the place was already great to begin with, there were even some really nice upgrades compared to last time, such as a tv! Seline's warm and welcoming nature make her an excellent host - easy to talk to and flexible in arrangements. We are delighted to be her guests again and are now continuing our stay in the Blue studio. Looking forward to another great experience!
