Incredible. The house has a charm... super clean... and with the heating on full blast... which is appreciated when you go to these places in the north and many times it's stingy... but not Joaquin. He was very attentive to everything at all times and we felt right at home. We'll be back for sure.

A really great place - big and comfortable house with a huge green backyard and an amazing view to the ocean, Santander, lighthouses and sunsets. Feels very private and peaceful and only a couple of minutes of walking to the center of Somo and couple minutes more to the beach. Very well stocked house. The design inside might seem a little old-school, but still very clean, everything works, very comfortable. We were three people and we rented only the first floor and as a result we had lots and lots of space to our selves. David was very helpful and responsive. Great place.

We had a pleasant stay. As soon as we arrived we were sensitive to the different touches of our host and then Raul was able to advise us on different visits to do. The location of the listing is very good to be able to easily radiate on the different sites to visit.

We enjoyed the stay. The house has everything you need and with beautiful views of the estuary. The area is very quiet and well connected for excursions. Manuela is attentive upon arrival and available throughout the stay. I would choose this place again!!!

The room was tasteful, everything was very clean and very new, the bathtub was quite large. I loved it. I was very comfortable.

From the beginning to the end, it was easy communication and very friendly. Jon provided us with everything, which made our stay very comfortable. The apartment is very conveniently located and comfortable. Thanks a lot Jon and see you in the summer.

We felt right at home! Magda is a fantastic host. Both the cozy little house and the homemade meals she prepares were exactly what we needed to recharge our batteries. We're already thinking about when we'll be back!

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful spacious & comfortable apartment.We loved starting the day with coffee & pastries from the bakery at bottom of the road. The apartment was ideally situated, everything was within walking distance. As mentioned in other reviews the front bedroom does get a bit of noise but we came prepared with ear plugs & it was'nt a problem. I am sure the same applies for most properties in Bilbao as it is full of lively bars etc. If we ever visit Bilbao again we wouldn't hesitate to stay here. Firstly let me say that Teo is an amazing host. Super responsive from the moment we booked the apartment. He couldn't do enough for us before or during the stay. When we arrived he showed us around the apartment (which we fell in love with!) and then gave us some recommendations on parking and some things to do around the local area including useful shops were like Dia. We loved the decor and the bed in the living room was soo comfy it was a struggle to get out of in the mornings. The kitchen was a generous size with everything you could need. The bathroom/utility room was a nice size too but everything was impeccably clean. The shower whilst compact had great water pressure which made for a lovely shower. We felt right at home there. My only comment is that the upstairs neighbours are a little loud walking around but they quietened down for bed time. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area. All the best Teo - thanks for making our stay an enjoyable one.

We stayed with family for Christmas. The house is perfect for it! Both the heating and the fireplace make the house is warm even in the middle of winter. Samaniego is the perfect village to enjoy a magnificent wine experience. As for Axier's attention, it was wonderful, very easy and comfortable. We won't hesitate to repeat it! We were extremely pleased with our stay at Iñigo's accommodation. The space was impeccably clean, very well equipped and exactly as described in the listing – or even better! Iñigo was an exemplary host: always available, friendly and very attentive. We feel truly welcome. We highly recommend and look forward to coming back at the next time!

Perfect owner and perfect house!

It was a wonderful stay, the house is not only beautiful but also practical and super well-equipped. There were 11 of us and a baby, and we didn't want for anything. It is also in a quiet place where rest is more than assured. We also appreciate the flexibility Daniel offered us for check-out, a luxury. We hope to be back soon!

A great location for urban , sea and mountain routes. Marce is very kind and the house is very comfortable and with everything you need. We will repeat :)!!

The Villa is spectacular, in the photos it is appealing but even more when you are there. We were surprised that from the hammock you can see the stars since the ceiling is glass. Everything was in perfect condition. I recommend it 100%.
