Perfect place to disconnect, with the sea very close by. The description and photos match perfectly and Tunde, our host, is a real delight and very decisive. I would definitely stay here again.

very well equipped apartment, very clean, with amazing views. Parking space is an undeniable bonus. The location makes it easy to radiate all over the island. We had a pleasant stay. Although the van was quite old and a bit noisy, it did its job very well and we managed to get around the whole island without a hitch. Andrei was very kind and helpful. We recommend it for an authentic adventure in Tenerife!

The apartment is exactly like the photos. The best part is the pool, which is so close, that the kids could enjoy it alone also. The couch is big enough for two kids, but not two adults. Everything was good, the host was very nice and responded quickly. Would recommend.

I've rented Nurias place with a group of friends, stayed there for 7 days and enjoyed every single one of them. It was clean, cozy, there was also an awesome grill and huge terrace upstairs on which we spent most of our evenings. It was a pleasure to talk with Nuria, she was really helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place :)

This was a great find. Sure Silencia is quieter then Los Christianos and the resorts next to it, but we LOVED it! Apartment, great! Hosts - couldn't be more helpful. Right by the sea. Lovely walks. Nice pools at the complex. We took our adult kids (21 and 19) for a relaxing week. Superb... we have all left recharged. I doubt you could find better value. We hired a car but buses to the busier resorts looked regular. For a weeks recharge we would definitely recommend. We hope to return.

From the minute I paid for the booking and my initial contact with Julio, I must say Julio replied quickly & comprehensively to my messages👌 The apartment was perfect for my mother (82years old), she felt safe and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, as well as access to the pool was so easy being on the same floor👌 For me the location was perfect to cycle from, secure area and a perfect base to discover the delights of the south of the island All in all a perfect 5 days for us both- Thank you very much Julio - we’ll be back🤩

Very good stay at this accommodation located in a quiet and well-maintained residence, with a nice swimming pool that adds a real plus. The apartment is clean, functional and perfectly equipped, ideal for feeling comfortable upon arrival. Everything is designed for travelers' comfort. I would recommend this place without hesitation and would love to return on a future visit.

We had a great stay. Ideal spot for playa del duque. Loved that we had sun loungers on the balcony with towels provided. No complaints! We would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Nice place in a central location. Everything is easily walkable. Apartment tidy and meets the description. Communication around in and out was smooth. The only thing that was unfortunate for us is that the sofa bed is actually not suitable for 2 adults and the bed on the second floor was much too hard, so we have had back problems all week.

An unforgettable experience in this beautiful house with breathtaking views of Los Gigantes. An excellent solution that combines relaxation and tranquility with the possibility of getting around by car to the most beautiful destinations in Tenerife. The house is a dream, having a wow view of the ocean and the cliffs of Los Gigantes. The pool, non-exclusive, also super appreciated! Super recommended!

Place was lovely, clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday! Pool area was clean and tidy and all amenities were in good working order. The neighborhood was friendly and had everything we could’ve needed. Very responsive hosts who made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would visit again!!

The apartment is comfortable and equipped with every useful accessory. It is located in a location a little outside the revelry and crowds of the most touristy places, but an excellent base for exploring the whole island. The apartment had a stunning view, was spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Parking was easy and hassle-free. There was a beautiful beach nearby, which made the location even more perfect. Communication with the host was clear and smooth – he even gave us great restaurant recommendations. great apartment with pool and beach nearby, public transport right outside apartment to los christanons and all other destinations, supermarket right next door, only thing is hot water didn't stay hot for bath to run but in the heat it's not really a problem, overall great place definitely would return:)

We are a family of 3 and we consider us very lucky to have found this apartment in Los Cristianos. Everything is in a walking distance, shops, cafes, restaurants and more. Clean, modern and comfortable, perfect apartment for us and the host is superb. First apartment well look for to see if available on our next Los Cristianos trip to Tenerife. 😀

We had a great stay, the apartment was clean and tidy, well equipped and even had a full coffee machine! We would certainly stay again. Beautiful views from the balcony and Aurora was very responsive with any information we required about the accommodation.

We just got back from a 10-day stay and had a great time. The accommodation is as shown in the photos, the cleanliness is excellent. Comfortable bathroom, kitchen with space to relax after eating, and comfortable bedroom with a nice closet. The area is very quiet, clean and you can breathe a holiday atmosphere.
