Justyna is a fantastic host! She gave clear instructions with pictures to find the place and find parking. She gave a detailed list of places to eat, and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine when we arrived. She was so prepared that I had no questions concerning what was required of us as guests.

Very easy to find. Easy and free parking around the residence. Tunde was waiting for us in front of the building. The accommodation was really perfect, 400 m from the ocean and 50 m from many restaurants, shops, gyms. This home is about 20 minutes from the beautiful beach of Los Christianos where we were able to sunbathe quietly, without getting too hot. I would recommend this quiet and very clean place, which is also close to 2 small supermarkets. We didn't miss a thing.

Serena's place is perfect, spacious and very bright (the window is beautiful). It's well-stocked, we didn't really miss anything. It's in a residence with a swimming pool, convenient parking and a relaxed and quiet atmosphere. The terrace is a gem, there are two supermarkets within walking distance. It's about an 18-minute drive from the beaches of Las Americas and Los Cristianos, and an hour from Teide Park. Communication has always been very fast and clear, Giorgia welcomed us warmly and has always been available. We definitely recommend it.

Very clean and fragrant apartment. Well-equipped, including detergents. Morning coffee on the balcony is a pleasure with a beautiful view of the sea. Good location, parking under the building, bus stop opposite the main exit. Pleasant communal pool (clean water). Very kind host, responds to messages. I highly recommend this apartment. Regards. We stayed at this apartment with our 9 month old daughter for her first holiday - it was perfect! The appartment was absolutely spotless with all amenities that you need including towels! We requested a travel cot and high chair and the host was brilliant with accommodating for us. The complex its self is also amazing - clean with all flowers and trees beautifully maintained by around the clock groundsmen. We cannot recommend this apartment enough and we cannot wait to book again to come back! Thanks for an amazing first holiday!

We spent a quiet week in Kerli's house, a well-kept and renovated place with everything you need. The property is in a quiet area on the Coast of Silence, there are all the necessary amenities. I recommend

The apartment is comfortable and equipped with every useful accessory. It is located in a location a little outside the revelry and crowds of the most touristy places, but an excellent base for exploring the whole island. 10 Stars! - Simply the best place we have ever stayed, and we are very fussy! Karin is a wonderful host, so friendly, helpful and responsive. The apartment complex is very safe, quiet and clean, with a lovely pool, and a great position overlooking the town with a sea view. The apartment photos are 100% accurate, it is so well laid out, with quality fittings and lots of Karins little design touches which make it a real home from home. There is everything you could possibly need and more, she has thought of everything! It is spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and we spent many happy hours eating and relaxing on the huge balcony overlooking the sea, with the benefit of the electric sun shade to protect us when needed. We will definitely be back when able. Thank you Karin for a wonderful stay.

Vilma was very helpful after our flight was delayed and helped us to get settled in. the beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean and spacious.

We had a pleasant and satisfying holiday in Frank's beautifully located and neat apartment. The quiet surroundings and beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and the harbor contributed to this. Communication with Frank went very smoothly. On site we had the friendly host Pino and Angela who assisted us with advice. Due to Frank's suggestion, we rented a car so we could explore the island via the TF-1 motorway which is very close. Restaurants and department stores nearby were also an asset. In short: a topper ! Repeatable.

This was a great find. Sure Silencia is quieter then Los Christianos and the resorts next to it, but we LOVED it! Apartment, great! Hosts - couldn't be more helpful. Right by the sea. Lovely walks. Nice pools at the complex. We took our adult kids (21 and 19) for a relaxing week. Superb... we have all left recharged. I doubt you could find better value. We hired a car but buses to the busier resorts looked regular. For a weeks recharge we would definitely recommend. We hope to return.

We just got back from a 10-day stay and had a great time. The accommodation is as shown in the photos, the cleanliness is excellent. Comfortable bathroom, kitchen with space to relax after eating, and comfortable bedroom with a nice closet. The area is very quiet, clean and you can breathe a holiday atmosphere. We were thrilled with this vacation. Luigi is always available for any information.

As previous reviews apartment and complex well maintained . Great pool area with plenty of sunbeds , heated pool a bonus ! Close to supermarkets and bars ,restaurants. Avoid nearest Hyperdino as up to 20% more expensive for lots of items and fresh produce is poor. This is our second long stay at Alejandro’s appointment and it certainly won’t be our last . I’ve reviewed before and the apartment, the cleanliness, the area and the whole complex is first class . The apartment had everything you need for a short or long stay . Alejandro goes out of his way to make your stay perfect in every way . The apartment is by the side of the sea with beautiful sunrises and a view of yellow mountain ( which you can climb to see amazing views ). Check in is easy and the apartment is spotlessly clean !. The bed is comfy and there are plenty of fresh towels . The complex is kept to a high standard and there are plenty staff at the on-site pool bar are friendly and accommodating. The bus stop is just along the road and you can get to all major tourist areas from the bus that stops there . The bus fares are cheap and the service is regular. We just love being central to anywhere we want to visit , but have the peace and quiet away from it all at Alejandro’s.

Just back from a 4 night stay in this apartment. Amazing host, amazing location, very very well equipped apartment. Had everything you could possibly need. Kitchen was well equipped if stopping for a longer period and wanted to eat in. Balcony has comfortable furniture on. Beds comfy. Beach towels, tooth brushes, all lovely little touches included. Apartment is in a great location, lovely and clean. Host was super informative, check in was so simple. Will 100% be returning to this apartment. Thank you Roberto!

Very nice apartment in a luxurious and very well maintained and quiet residence. Very pleasant environment. My only disappointment is the jacuzzi, which I didn't use because of the water quality.

Very nice apartment with plenty of space and great views. Good kitchen & equipment, garage, small gym etc. The apartment complex is quiet and well kept, neighbors seem to be retired people. Helpful & friendly host, local tips, flexible check-in and out. Very good experience and recommended for people looking for a nice, quality apartment in a peaceful area!

Beautiful house, exactly what we wanted as we have two small children, very secure and spacious outside area, house was brilliant with everything we needed. Very quiet area with a couple of restaurants close by and supermarket two minute walk. We didn’t realise you couldn’t walk to main areas, so taxi needed to get everywhere, but taxi service good costing between €10-€15 to get to Los Christanos or Las americas. Recommend to hire a car if you don’t want to taxi it everywhere. Highly recommend house.

It was a wonderful holiday. The apartment was beautifully prepared, Mrs. Ivett is a very warm and cheerful person, she showed everything and was always available in case of problems. The apartment has a beautiful view and a jacuzzi. The estate is guarded and has large swimming pools and gyms. From Palm-mar it is close to local more lively towns. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful apartment ❤️

The check in was smooth and the flat very clean Williams was extremely helpful.The view is stunning ,it is a steep walk to the apartment that we didn’t mind but could be tough for some people .I will definateley be returning 😊

Stayed two months at Anna- Maria's villa and had a great time. The villa is exactly as described in the listing- beautiful, peaceful and well located. Communication with the host was always very helpful and responsive. We would not hesitate to stay long-term at the villa again.

This was one of the most gorgeous places I have ever stayed. The pictures are beautiful, but it’s even better in person. The view is unmatched, and I truly shed a few tears when I saw it for the first time.🥲 Luc was a great host as well- helped us carry our bags up and was very responsive when I had a question halfway through the stay. Everything was clean, and the place was in perfect walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, and a beautiful black sand beach! Just remember to pack good walking shoes, because the streets are not friendly to heels! 😝 Overall 10/10 stay
