Justyna is a fantastic host! She gave clear instructions with pictures to find the place and find parking. She gave a detailed list of places to eat, and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine when we arrived. She was so prepared that I had no questions concerning what was required of us as guests.

The host is very helpful. The place is nice and close to the beach.

We had a pleasant and satisfying holiday in Frank's beautifully located and neat apartment. The quiet surroundings and beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and the harbor contributed to this. Communication with Frank went very smoothly. On site we had the friendly host Pino and Angela who assisted us with advice. Due to Frank's suggestion, we rented a car so we could explore the island via the TF-1 motorway which is very close. Restaurants and department stores nearby were also an asset. In short: a topper ! Repeatable.

Very clean and fragrant apartment. Well-equipped, including detergents. Morning coffee on the balcony is a pleasure with a beautiful view of the sea. Good location, parking under the building, bus stop opposite the main exit. Pleasant communal pool (clean water). Very kind host, responds to messages. I highly recommend this apartment. Regards. We spent a quiet week in Kerli's house, a well-kept and renovated place with everything you need. The property is in a quiet area on the Coast of Silence, there are all the necessary amenities. I recommend

Perfect accommodation for a holiday in Tenerife with children, the apartment is super nice, very clean, the outdoor areas are very nice and clean. The apartment if you have children is ideal, it has everything you need, high chair, carpet games, cot, sheets, towels, children's utensils. We were delighted with the accommodation and the host was very friendly, he would answer any questions very quickly! Recommended! You can park outside without a problem. We would come back without thinking.

We had a great stay in Alexandra's apartment. She was a friendly, accommodating host and responded quickly to questions and organized a taxi for us to check out. We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very nicely decorated and for our daughter the heated pool was a big highlight.

Beautiful and cozy apartment and lovely garden. Everything you need is present to cook (extensively). I was also very happy to be able to do a load of laundry. Vilma (and Freddy) responded quickly to my messages and were genuinely concerned about my well-being and the smooth running of my stay. Apart from the cozy indoor and outdoor space, I especially remember the warmth of the hosts. If I come to Tenerife again, I will definitely check if I can stay with Vilma and Freddy again.

Serena's place is perfect, spacious and very bright (the window is beautiful). It's well-stocked, we didn't really miss anything. It's in a residence with a swimming pool, convenient parking and a relaxed and quiet atmosphere. The terrace is a gem, there are two supermarkets within walking distance. It's about an 18-minute drive from the beaches of Las Americas and Los Cristianos, and an hour from Teide Park. Communication has always been very fast and clear, Giorgia welcomed us warmly and has always been available. We definitely recommend it.

This was one of the most gorgeous places I have ever stayed. The pictures are beautiful, but it’s even better in person. The view is unmatched, and I truly shed a few tears when I saw it for the first time.🥲 Luc was a great host as well- helped us carry our bags up and was very responsive when I had a question halfway through the stay. Everything was clean, and the place was in perfect walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, and a beautiful black sand beach! Just remember to pack good walking shoes, because the streets are not friendly to heels! 😝 Overall 10/10 stay

We stayed at this apartment with our 9 month old daughter for her first holiday - it was perfect! The appartment was absolutely spotless with all amenities that you need including towels! We requested a travel cot and high chair and the host was brilliant with accommodating for us. The complex its self is also amazing - clean with all flowers and trees beautifully maintained by around the clock groundsmen. We cannot recommend this apartment enough and we cannot wait to book again to come back! Thanks for an amazing first holiday!

This was a great find. Sure Silencia is quieter then Los Christianos and the resorts next to it, but we LOVED it! Apartment, great! Hosts - couldn't be more helpful. Right by the sea. Lovely walks. Nice pools at the complex. We took our adult kids (21 and 19) for a relaxing week. Superb... we have all left recharged. I doubt you could find better value. We hired a car but buses to the busier resorts looked regular. For a weeks recharge we would definitely recommend. We hope to return.

The apartment is comfortable and equipped with every useful accessory. It is located in a location a little outside the revelry and crowds of the most touristy places, but an excellent base for exploring the whole island. We just got back from a 10-day stay and had a great time. The accommodation is as shown in the photos, the cleanliness is excellent. Comfortable bathroom, kitchen with space to relax after eating, and comfortable bedroom with a nice closet. The area is very quiet, clean and you can breathe a holiday atmosphere. We were thrilled with this vacation. Luigi is always available for any information.

Very nice apartment in a luxurious and very well maintained and quiet residence. Very pleasant environment. My only disappointment is the jacuzzi, which I didn't use because of the water quality.

Great apartment that is in a good location where there’s a shop right next to the entrance that has all the essentials this saves you going out the way. The apartment is well presented and clean giving you everything you need even a washing machine which was great going home with washed clothes. The host offered great communication even recommendations and gives you complimentary drinks and food which was kind of the host. Loads of restaurants, bars and entertainment (Siam park) near the apartment. The only one problem I had is the door key. Found the door very hard and challenging to open to enter. You have to play with the locks by spinning the they key around which was quite frustrating. But overall very happy guest :))))) Thank you Roberto you was a great host 👏

Very nice apartment with plenty of space and great views. Good kitchen & equipment, garage, small gym etc. The apartment complex is quiet and well kept, neighbors seem to be retired people. Helpful & friendly host, local tips, flexible check-in and out. Very good experience and recommended for people looking for a nice, quality apartment in a peaceful area!

Beautiful house, exactly what we wanted as we have two small children, very secure and spacious outside area, house was brilliant with everything we needed. Very quiet area with a couple of restaurants close by and supermarket two minute walk. We didn’t realise you couldn’t walk to main areas, so taxi needed to get everywhere, but taxi service good costing between €10-€15 to get to Los Christanos or Las americas. Recommend to hire a car if you don’t want to taxi it everywhere. Highly recommend house.

It was a wonderful holiday. The apartment was beautifully prepared, Mrs. Ivett is a very warm and cheerful person, she showed everything and was always available in case of problems. The apartment has a beautiful view and a jacuzzi. The estate is guarded and has large swimming pools and gyms. From Palm-mar it is close to local more lively towns. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful apartment ❤️

The check in was smooth and the flat very clean Williams was extremely helpful.The view is stunning ,it is a steep walk to the apartment that we didn’t mind but could be tough for some people .I will definateley be returning 😊

Stayed two months at Anna- Maria's villa and had a great time. The villa is exactly as described in the listing- beautiful, peaceful and well located. Communication with the host was always very helpful and responsive. We would not hesitate to stay long-term at the villa again.
