Vacation rentals with a patio in Las Compuertas

Our stay at this apartment was simply wonderful. From the moment we arrived, communication with Valeria was smooth and very friendly. They provided us with all the necessary information, as well as local recommendations to enjoy our visit even more. The apartment is located in a very central area, ideal for exploring the city. A few minutes away are restaurants, shops and tourist attractions, which made our experience much more comfortable and convenient. The beds are comfortable, and the sheets and towels are of excellent quality. The kitchen is fully stocked, which was ideal for preparing our meals when we didn't want to go out. The bathroom is spacious and very clean, with good quality toiletries. In addition, the apartment has an electric gate for more comfort and vehicle security, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and TV. We look forward to returning soon.

One of my favorite condos in Mendoza! This condo has an amazing garden where butterflies and birds frequent, tons of living space, and is perfectly located near great restaurants, bars, and the huge San Martin Park! I highly recommend this place and Yanina is always there if you need anything at all! :)

It exceeded our expectations! A very comfortable king bed, spacious, clean and well-lit rooms. We felt at home. Self check-in, and they even left us some delicious cookies, milk, coffee and sugar for breakfast. We went with a pet and he was able to use the beautiful garden without any problems. We were able to rest because we didn't hear any noise. The pool looked impeccable. We'll be back.

We feel very comfortable, Vika is always attentive to what we needed. The apartment was very nice, close to the Central Hospital which was what we needed, walking distance from downtown. We enjoyed the common space where we could share with the neighbors, and in fact we even shared the Christmas dinner with them. We really enjoyed our stadiums, we hope to return one day

Excellent host, the house was in accordance with the characteristics of the publication, tidy and quite safe, the area is nice and quiet, it is very close to the street where there were quite a few restaurants and areas to dance and share.

I cannot recommend Sergio’s property enough. Incredible views overlooking the mountains and lake – which you can enjoy either from inside thanks to large windows or from the outdoor pool. Bonus: Sergio’s two pups are very friendly. While isolated, Google Maps provides exact directions and Sergio provides additional step by step photos to confirm that Google Maps is accurate. Sergio was very helpful before and during the stay. Highly recommend!

What to say about this perfect house and Belen. Every time I go back to mendoza I will not hesitate for a second to choose to stay there again. It is beautiful comfortable safe. And belen is more than attentive and loving. Really from the best experiences. Thank you Belen for everything!

Graciela and Buddy were very friendly, and were attentive to our flight to coordinate check-in. The house is fully equipped for any need that may arise during your stay. Regarding the location and the place where the house is located, it is a very quiet and picturesque residential neighborhood. From the house to the center of Chacras there are 5 blocks where you can find wine bars, supermarkets, butchers, greengrocers and pharmacies. The Uber and Cabify service in the area (and especially on the Mendoza Capital side) works very well. For wineries in Valle de Guadalupe, we recommend hiring a service to take you, wait for you there, and bring you back once the experience is over. It was definitely a memorable experience and we would go back.

The apartment is an excellent choice. The location is great, 5 minute walk to Aristides and very close to Emilio civit. The apartment is very cute, modern, and an excellent bang for your buck.

The place was very good, the host communicated very well and quickly. A 30-minute walk takes you to the center of Mendoza without the need for public transport. Lots to visit, people are friendly and always ready to help. Very safe place even in the evening. We recommend it!

Excellent apartment! Very, very comfortable. Personally, the apartment is better than what you can see in the photos. Two large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite bathroom. A more than complete kitchen. Very comfortable and pleasant living room. It has a small patio with a clothesline. TV in the living room and another in the master bedroom. It has air conditioning in all rooms and radiant flooring. Very bright. The cleanliness is excellent. Covered garage. Good wifi. The area is very nice, quiet, safe. About 7 blocks from the main square, 4 from San Martin Park and only 2 from Aristides Street (bar and restaurant area). Communication with Fernando/Sebastian was 10 points from day one. Always attentive to inquiries. I recommend it 100 x 100!

Enrique and Andrea are the perfect hosts. An impeccable apartment, with everything you need and more at your disposal. Everything is well explained and always waiting for everything to go well. We regret not staying longer. I would always stay with them again if I go back to Mendoza.

great location for Aristides and travel agencies. It has a carrefour and there was a wester union to do currency that helped a lot in the trip, mainly because it worked until 9pm on Saturday. Emiliano has always been requested. Your mother received us and gave all the instructions about the apartment. Towels and clean bed linen in great condition served us well.

Excellent and quiet apartment. Samy was very attentive from the beginning and gave me a lot of confidence. The apartment is clean, just as shown in the photos. The location is excellent, close to places to eat and walking to the 12 de febrero square is not much. Supermarket, pharmacies, ice cream shops, pizzas, to go eat. Everything was great. We'd go back to the apartment in the future.

Everything was excellent! It far exceeded expectations! Fernando is the best, always responding and advising on local destinations to visit. I highly recommend it, I would choose it again if I go to Mendoza
