Vacation rentals with a patio in Mendoza Province

We spent an incredible few days at the accommodation, the guys were super attentive and friendly, in fact, they let us check in early and check out late; the place is just like the photos and the location is EXCELLENT, we are super happy, and we would definitely choose it again. 💘 The apartment is complete, with a great cellar and super clean, don't hesitate for a second! Very nice apartment. Well equipped. It met what it offered in the description. I would definitely come back. The air conditioning was a great ally in this cold season.

The apartment is divine, very comfortable and functional. The view is open and panoramic of the city, the sunrise is beautiful and at night you can see all the little lights. A few meters away there is a complex with restaurants, cafes and a mini-market. 100% recommended, we'll be back..!!!

Laura received me an hour before I had planned to arrive, the apartment was clean and tidy, I stayed 4 days, and I did not need anything at any time, the host sent me activities and nearby places on Wsp. There is a supermarket right in front, a rotisserie a few blocks away and food outlets less than 100 meters away. The check-out was done by someone else, and it was very quick, and also very friendly.

This place was nice, and the host was accommodating. The kitchen was set up well with the necessary items for a comfortable stay and the patio is really nice.

We greatly appreciate your flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which allowed us to organize our travel plans stress-free and make the most of our time. In addition, his recommendations for places to visit, eat and explore were excellent. Thanks to her, we discovered wonderful places that we might not have found on our own. As for the house, everything worked perfectly. It was spotless, comfortable and had everything you needed for a carefree stay. Beautiful and tranquil place. Ideal for clearing your mind and spending a moment of disconnection in the Mendoza mountain range. It is located in a very good spot, two minutes from all the stores and far enough away to make the stay pure relaxation.

Great location for family of 7 adults ! We were comfortable and plenty of space. Everything was clean and clutter free and we had cleaning service during the week (a nice luxury). The laundry/washer was also a nice perk of staying here. It was a tad cold when we were in Mendoza but there is a fireplace that warms up the area and a heating system. Our host was so responsive - within minutes I received a response. All our inquiries were addressed in a timely manner. 10-20 min drive to all the major wineries. We were in a safe and quiet neighborhood, occasionally loud dog but honestly did not bother us. Our host has excellent attention to detail and hospitality we were welcomed with some wine and goodies and also had available laundry detergent and hangers to dry our clothes. We didn’t have time to enjoy the asado option but great option for ~65$ per person. Would highly recommend this modern home.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and matched the description. The little added touches to make us feel at home were very much appreciated. The views of the mountain and vineyards were gorgeous. While we visited in winter, I am sure the pool would be amazing to use in the summer! This home is new , neat and clean. It matches with the photos . It is close to many bodegas and there are good restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend it.

This house is a great find! the location is perfect, very close to the main street with all the restaurants and bars, but at the same time there is a long walkway leading to the house itself, so it's located a little bit inside the neighborhood, and you don't hear absolutely any street noises. It's quiet and private and just 3 minute walk from the main street! Haydee's house us beautifully designed. Very tasteful interior and stylish furniture, nice accents, and a very cozy fireplace. We spent our evenings sitting by the fire with a glass of wine after going out! The place had everything we needed and it was very clean. The host was super responsive, and her daughters were over to greet us. They even left a bottle of wine for us as a welcome gift. We are very thankful for your help, and attention and kindness. you could feel the hospitality and warmth. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay, very comfortable facilities, privacy and the fact that it has its own parking, direct access to the commercial gastronomic sector, proximity to the park, etc... The apartment is really beautiful, premium level and with an amazing view. Santiago was always attentive to any questions and even prepared the apartment for us to enter before check-in time. Too bad the jacuzzi didn't work, but the building's amenities are great. Hopefully we can go back.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment offers excellent value for money and is located in a very central area—close to both Aristides Street and Sarmiento. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Fernando was a great host, providing detailed instructions and local recommendations, including how to reach the bodegas. The apartment was also warm and cozy, which was perfect for the winter season. He kindly allowed us a late check-out due to availability, which made things even easier. Comfortable, very well organized and very friendly hosts, the place is decorated with flowers and you don't get cold with the heating, the shower water is great and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils!!
