I'll welcome you into my home and the first thing we'll do is have our mate session! Sipping on mate is a tradition that is deeply rooted in Argentine culture and I'd love to teach you all about it. As you enjoy this wonderful ritual that's part of our daily life you'll also have some delicious tortafritas. Next, you'll be given an apron and off to wash our hands we'll go. During our hands-on experience, you'll learn how to make corn and meat empanadas; ensalada rusa, a salad that we always eat in our meetings and events; and chocotorta, a traditional dessert that is so good and easy to prepare! When our empanadas are ready, we'll enjoy this fantastic scrumptious dish with great wine, followed by our amazing chocotorta. You'll be absolutely delighted by the result of your hard work! From beginning to end, you'll be tasting Argentina's culture. Mate, tortafritas, empanadas, wine and chocotorta are part of our life. It's not what we eat in restaurants. It's what we eat (and cook) at home, with family and friends. That's why these flavours are intimately related to the moments that are most valuable to us, and I want to share that with you. We will start early in the morning, we will look for them for the place where they are staying. We will visit three wineries in total in Luján de Cuyo. We chose the wineries carefully to provide the best experience, we try to escape the wineries with a lot of marketing to be able to offer the best private experience. We are looking for wineries with the best human quality and a wide variety of wines to offer with the best quality. Each winery is different from the other so they don't stop surprising everywhere. We will have a lunch that includes drink, entrance, main course and dessert, all paired with different wines. After that, we will return to our beloved city. We will have a wonderful day full of learning, the places we will visit are really very well selected so that you have the best experience. Other things to note Everything is included in the price. The entrance to the wineries , the transportation through the accommodation and also the lunch with all the drinks. I will pick you up at 7:30am from your accommodation. We will travel 2h to the South heading towards the Andes, up to where our experience takes place: Rosendo Pacheco's family ranch. This is in San Carlos, Valle de Uco region. You will learn how to saddle a horse and ride through the mountains for 1,30h, witnessing a remote, natural and wild landscape. We'll have time to stop for coffee and enjoy multiple views, take pictures and ask Rosendo any questions. If we are lucky to meet some cattle in the way you'll even get the chance to herd them down. Once we arrive in Los Toldos ranch, I will prepare a typical Argentinian barbecue -an 'Asado paired with local wine (veggie option on request). Around 4pm we will start the 1,30h ride back to meet the vehicle and return to the city. Other things to note: No previous experience in horse riding needed. We will hike in one of the most beautiful and breathtaking trails in Mendoza, to find a nice spot in nature and share a lunch with the best views of high mountains glaciers, local fauna and the lower valleys. The dificult level and how longs it take, depends on you :) Of course i will share with you some tips to help you to improve your adaptation to altitude and find a proper pace. The maximum group size is 3 people, almost like a private tour. We go to an area where normally there are no other humans, which gives us more chances to observe wildlife.

Cabalgata en el atardecer, involucra una experiencia distinta, rodeado de naturaleza y animales. Prepara tu caballo; cabalga en el lejano oeste de argentina, y en la mitad del recorrido, será momento de ayudar al gaucho a buscar leña, hacer el fuego y aprender a realizar un asado rústico en el medio del campo con sólo un cuchillo y pan. La jornada termina luego de cuatro horas de cabalgata.

Esta mágica y llena de secretos es una experiencia de 12 horas reloj con 5 horas de paradas y 7 horas arriba del auto. Tendrás explicación personalizada mientras paseas por pueblos de Los Andes, Potrerillos, Uspallata, Penitentes (centro de Ski), Puente del Inca y Parque Aconcagua. Conocerás escondites con secretos a la vista del camino, donde podrás emocionarte al encontrar arte rupestre de los Incas en su paso por nuestra tierra, en petroglifos a metros de ti. Llegaremos al famoso Puente del Inca, Puente Natural de origen biomineral sobre el río Cuevas y está incluido en el sistema vial andino “Qhapac Ñan” –Camino del Inca- y por lo tanto integra un sitio declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la Unesco. Luego pararemos en el Parque Provincial Aconcagua, admirando el punto más alto de la Cordillera de Los Andes en América. Entre las 14 y las 15:30 almorzaremos 6 empanadas invitada por nosotros, y pueden probar lo que ofrece un restaurante de la zona si lo deseas asumir a tu cargo. Emprenderemos el regreso a la Ciudad contemplando el cambio de color del Río Mendoza al pasar por diferentes afluentes, vamos a apreciar las diferentes formaciones geológicas. Salimos 7 AM para aprovechar a conocer todos los sitios planeados y volver con horas del luz al centro de Mendoza, recorriendo 400 km aproximadamente. No hay experiencia más completa en Mendoza en un sólo día

I'll welcome you into my home and you'll enjoy a tasting of the best alfajores brands and types of Argentina. Then we’ll put the aprons on and start off with the dough preparation. We'll first bake these perfectly round and tender cookie discs that crumble in your mouth the second you bite them and put them together with some rich dulce de leche filling, which creates the most perfect combination of flavours and textures. Then it will be time for our alfajores to be coated in Delicious chocolate which is so much fun and YUMMY. Finally, we'll pack your alfajores in a box so you leave with your mouthwatering handmade alfajores. It will be great to have as a snack for the following days of your trip, take home with you or give someone you love back home. You'll participate in every step of the process and take the recipes with you to replicate them whenever you crave for this perfect Argentine treat. Alfajores are unfortunately difficult to get in other countries, but now you'll be able to bake them yourself and taste a bit of our culture every time you make them. It is the perfect way to connect with Argentina for the long term and amaze your loved ones with the most traditional and amazing recipes from our repertoire. The experience I'm hosting is a walking tour, with a passionate person of Mendoza history. I invite you to explore the corners of the city, and together we'll discover its secrets.

We will go in our car wherever you like and you will receive a welcome alfajor and mineral water. We will provide a personalized service in two stages. The first is based on the tour of two wineries which stand out for their off-the-beaten-path characteristics. Starting with the organic wine processes by the Cecchin Family, one of the few organic and biodynamic winemakers. Then, we will visit Domiciano, where you will learn about the singular night harvest process in all of their lines of wines. You will have an enriching experience, full of landscapes, tours and extraordinary tastings. We will provide bags with nuts and snacks to accompany the wines. Then, we will leave the city to take the path to the imposing mountains. We will take the route that takes us into the privileged view of the pre mountain range and our Potrerillos reservoir, having moments to photograph majestic sectors. Thereby, we will go to an amazing restaurant surrounded by mountains that is high in our sky. We will be delighted with an exquisite three-step menu. Finally, you will be taken to your place of origin. Information about the geography, wines and gastronomy of our beloved Mendoza will be provided. It is our intention to make you have a pleasant time within your best memories.

Nos reuniremos en un punto acordado para emprender la experiencia hacia el lago Potrerillos con el fin de pasar un buen momento al aire libre, disfrutando el paisaje que brinda el entorno de las montañas, descorchando un malbec, sintiendo la adrenalina que genera la navegación a vela y por qué no las burbujas de un espumante. Visitaremos la bodega de unos amigos que nos mostraran las instalaciones y nos explicarán como es la elaboración del vino y degustaremos alguno de ellos. Al llegar al lago te enseñaré a armar el velero y las nociones básicas de navegación para que tu mismo puedas capitanear el barco. Si el tiempo lo permite -segun el clima- nos zambulliremos en las trasparentes y puras aguas de lago y nos dispondremos a probar un picada de ricos embutidos con un obligado descorche. Tu participación sera activa y necesaria. Estaremos de regreso a las 19 hs aproximadamente. Otros aspectos destacables: Nos reuniremos en el lugar donde estén alojados (Ciudad, Godoy Cruz, Lujan de Cuyo o Maipu). De otro modo nos reuniremos en el punto de encuentro en el centro de la ciudad (Plaza Italia) o plaza de Chacras de Coria según sea vuestra conveniencia. La duración total de la experiencia es de 9 hs.

A los pies del Cordon del Plata en el dique Potrerrillos aprenderas los conocimientos básicos de la navegación a vela para que puedas capitanear el barco como un verdadero experto. Si el tiempo lo permite nos zambulliremos en las cristalinas aguas del lago. La ocasión merecerá un obligado descorche y reflexión de lo que es la vida. Otros aspectos destacables Se trata de un experiencia donde la participación es activa, necesaria y fundamental.
