Ideal for a peaceful getaway and being able to enjoy nature with all amenities. We must bear in mind that it is an ecological house, it is located in the mountain of Mendoza, so you have to be careful with the consumption of energy, water and gas. For access to the house, a mountain road of 12km of ripio with curves must be carried out.

Super comfortable and modern house, totally sustainable, away from everything, on top of a hill on the North Coast of the Potrerillos dam with incredible views of the lake and the Cordón del Plata. Very quiet and absolutely private area. (The house is located 10 km from downtown Potrerillos, 7.5 km of which are gravel) It has a back apartment for the exclusive use of the house caretaker, who is in charge of its maintenance and cleaning.
